This place is seriously awful. I should have known when the first time I made an appointment and came in I thought Id be getting a physical...nope, paid the copay for them to take my blood pressure and get my weight, then had to make another appointment to come back for the physical...and pay another copay. Ive been on the same prescription for over 10 years and have always had a physician that will write me a years worth of refills (standard for birth control pills). Not here, they try to spew some BS that the FDA requires them to have the patient come back every 6 months for refills. (Aka they want you to come in so they can bill you for no reason). Now, I would completely understand if its a prescription for some sort of controlled substance, but last I checked, birth control is not. So ridiculous.

I came in and the PA saw me for a migraine headache it was very bad they denied me the medicine that usually works for me because its usually not prescribed for a migraine but I know it can be prescribed for a headache Ive had it before in the past. Its the only thing that works for this magnitude of a headache. I left that office with no solution the medicine that was prescribed did not work. They told me I need to see a neurologist before I can come in again for a headache problem. I told them I had already seen a neurologist several years back but couldnt remember his name. I called them back left a message and they didnt call me back

Difficult to get a person on the phone. Medical assistants do not return phone calls. Had a mail order script delayed for 3 weeks because no one would return a call. Not happy
