My mother had a stroke 4 years ago and has been seeing Dr Mickey for most of that time. We saw her today in Dr. JONES office and she acted like she had never seen us and was straight up rude. This appt was a hospital follow up due to a fall my mother took about 6 days sgo. She had no knowledge of this being a hospital follow up nor did she have any records from the hospital. I work in the medical field and know it is not uncommon for a provider to request records on the spot from the hospital. It can be done. Due to her fall she has a bleed in her brain that cause serious pain along with other serious side affects and she had the nerve to tell us that she was not going to write and rx for Xanax or tramadol because my mother did not need it! That is straight up bullshit and so now that she will not give that to her she will continue to have her horrible unmanageable headaches and not be able to sleep without her zanax. Dr. Mickey foes not know wtf she is talking about and is very unprofessional. We will never return to that practice again! Dr. Jones better rethink that new hire and get rid of her!

I have very mixed feelings about this practice. I loved Hilary, the nurse practitioner at this office. Ive never met Dr. Jones, but Hilary spoke highly of him. My major disappointment was with the front office staff. From day one, she has always been very short and very unfriendly over the phone and in person. She is not helpful with any general questions that should be easy to answer. Although I love the NP, the front office staff plays a big role in the quality of an office and unfortunately, Ive decided to find a new doctors office since interaction with the front office staff is unavoidable. Very disappointed!

Sorry to say it but I will be moving on.. I have been going to Dr J ever since he opened up his new practice and I have refered my wife as well as several friends to him. I always had what I thought was a special relationship with him and his office/family but over the last few months this has all changed. Its hard to explain and I will not throw Dr. J under the bus on the web because I truly like him but I feel as though I am no longer a friend/patient but just another number. So... now I have the fun task of finding a new Doc for my me and my family..(fun..fun..)

My family and I have been going to Dr. Jones before he opened his own practice. His front staff has always been lacking, and my one experience with the nurse practioner made me not want to see her again, but I was willing to deal with that until Jones himself started to become less and less concerned with my health issues. If you do not want to pay for 10 minutes with a Doctor who rushes you out the door and lacks interest go somewhere else. Its a real shame.

As a nurse, Im extremely picky. I started going to Generations when I first moved to AZ in 2011. Loved it then, love it now. Heather is probably the biggest reason I continue to receive care from this office. Dr Jones is great, dont get me wrong, I just can get in fairly quickly with Heather and I appreciate her listening to my concerns and she seems to genuinely care about me. And my family. We all go to Generations!!! Love this place!!!

Absolutely love going to this clinic. My family and I are all patients here. We are always greeted with a hug by Lani and have ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS received the best care from Dr. Jones as well the Nurse Practitioner, Heather. I have never felt rushed. They take their time and really listen to understand my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this clinic to anybody.

Dr. Jones is awesome! Would highly recommend his practice. He runs a smaller practice but very patient centric. You get Dr. Jones time majority of the time at the practice. Isnt crazy busy like most other offices and you arent spending your time with everyone but the doctor. Everyone is kind and great people!

I dont know much about this practice, but I do know that Dr Mickey is soon going to join the team. She is one of the finest family practitioners in the valley and beyond. Her coming is a most positive step.

Dr Jones is a wonderful doctor. Easy going, concerned with my ongoing health and always takes the time to listen. Plus, he is a Sun Devil and wears the colors proudly. Staff is wonderful as well.

Dr. Mickley is rude and unknowledgeable. She didnt know how to prescribe thyroid medication for me. She is messing up Dr. Jones practice. He use to have a good rating till she came along.
