Does anyone in this office know what they are doing? Twice I was told that I could bypass a specialist (for a particular condition) and instead just see one of the doctors or practitioners their at Dr. Tognaccis practice...only to find out during my consultations that I indeed did need a specialist. So Twice I had to pay the copay and twice my insurance paid for them to tell me that they couldnt help me. On another occasion, a very incompetent staff member submitted the wrong insurance info for a medication that was critically needed, therefore it took me over 2 weeks during which I left numerous unanswered messages to figure out why my insurance was not paying for it. My waiting time was ALWAYS over 45 min. My 3 kids and I will not be returning!

Absolutely the worst customer service, accounting and recordkeeping that Ive ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The practitioners are often aloof and do not pay attention to what the patient needs. Too many times have common or ordinary things been overlooked to the detriment of the patient. Without a doubt theres a very strong sense of unprofessionalism within the staff and the practitioners. While the receptionist is extremely nice and courteous her behavior in no way undoes the terrible service and lack of professionalism that is displayed by the others who work there. This will be far more tolerable if it didnt affect my health and those things surrounding it. Absolutely unacceptable in every respect.

I agree with ALL the bad reviews. The staff is completely incompetent. The PA wrote on my lab order that I dont have insurance and underneath that put my insurance ID #. REALLY? Money driven unethical practice and The Dr. is NEVER available. This is not a practice that cares about people. I will not return or refer anyone. See Dr. Valeria Breiten in Chandler. Wonderful, competent, caring Doctor.

Have been going to Dr Tognacci for several years now. The best Dr. I have ever had. Always takes time to talk to you about any issues your having. You do not feel like a number going in or out the door. His staff can be a little difficult to work with. All gone at lunch. No one to make appointment. They do not seem to care about issues that are a real problem for you.

Money driven unethical practice. They ask you to come in for no reason on several occasions. One occasion i showed up and they didnt even know why they wanted me to come in. They check my heart rate and told me to go home when that was done day before with no issue. What a joke. To this day i never met any doctor. Only PAs. I will be switching to different practice.

I really liked Dr. Tognacci. He seemed to know his stuff, had some good ideas and was personable. Unfortunately, his staff never returned any of my phone calls when I desperately needed some information from my chart for health insurance, so I wont be going back.

I have been going here for years. I have never had a problem getting in or a same day apt when urgent. I prefer Dr Tognacci to the others. Hes very easy to talk to and personable. The lab is onsite so I dont have to go anywhere else to get my bloodwork done.

Ive only had one visit so far, but it was a crucial one. Dr. Tognocci took care of literally *years* of tests Ive needed, medications, etc. in one visit. He took it upon himself to ensure I got everything I needed, and I really appreciate it. I will be back!

Good luck getting an appointment on the same day for a sick kid. I have tried on three separate occasions and they are always booked solid.
