While the surgeons are competent, the surgery scheduling certainly leave much to be desired. Its amazing that in todays age they still have so much trouble figuring out a schedule, or getting any of the pertinent information to a patient prior to their procedure. Particularly when they tell you it is likely "sometime in the next 24 hours". The receptionists are nice, but surgery scheduling can certainly benefit from remedial classes in basic customer service. Then again, its IHC...so not a complete surprise.

Vernon J. Cooley is a great surgeon. He has a wonderful and positive bedside manner. He made my daughter feel comfortable and at peace and that she would be back to normal after the surgery. She recovered well and is stronger than ever. I love the staff at the Orthopedic Specialty Hospital in Murray, Utah and would recommend Cooley with 5 stars!
