I had originally asked to have an annual check physical to go with my birth control refill because every provider I have ever seen has required this. I thought she was nice and then I get the bill and because she coded it as a refill I get to pay $170 where a physical is free.They are very unhonest and I feel it is to make more money because I had asked to actually be seen in the first place. I was a brand new patient and you would think they would assess you before prescribing whatever they want. They were very inflexible about helping with this issue.

We thought this was an instacare, its not, but Dr. Slack quickly saw my boy and was able to treat his head injury. We had been camping and didnt know the area, yet the staff treated us like old friends. Nurse Kalie (i believe) was so kind and gently helped my son through his shock, bringing him juice and letting him color after the staples were in. I couldnt recommend them enough.

I love the staff in this office!! I had a surgery scheduled, and there was a problem with paperwork that was entirely my fault... when I had to navigate the cancellation, and rescheduling of this surgery, the office manager sat with me until after closing and made sure I was completely satisfied with the resolution. They are wonderful!!

Friendly competent staff. Dr Gilbert - family has seen a few times. Moderately experienced, pleasant and helpful. Once daughter had blood in urine and pain/cramping, she (Dr) thought bladder was bleeding and nothing to worry about. Was a kidney stone. We will still continue see her, however.

After reading a terrible review I was hesitant to visit this clinic, but because of its proximity to my house, I did. The reception was professional. My wait was a little long, but the doctor was good. They have been able to schedule me in easily (perhaps because of the last reviewer).

The staff is super lazy. You will never get one you dont think shouldnt be fired. The MDs are in my opinion good. 3 stars would have been 1 if I could have just rated their ability to answer the phone after 4pm and act like more than a lump on a log when I visit.

I love this place. Anytime Im not feeling good, or I need a physical, or I get messed up from an accident, I swing on down there, and they treat me like family. You wont find better patient care around. These doctors and staff really do care about your well-being.

I have always been really happy with the instacare. I have been multiple times and have never had a bad experience. They are not my primary doctors, but I have visited them when I cant get in to my primary doctor quick enough. I quite enjoy that clinic.

Dr. Slack is awesome but its a 30 minute ordeal to get the staff to answer the phone. Other than their ability to answer the phone the actual care provided is great.
