Dr. Brown is fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, and takes careful consideration addressing my concerns and health. That being said, the speed and efficiency of his office executing on both important and simple matters (filling prescriptions, sending over referrals, etc.), and Intermountain Healthcare system as a whole, are awful. Sometimes takes up to a month to get a referral to another doctor, or setup an appointment as you wait for the order to get to the right office, and you are likely to be sent on a wild goose chase, calling half a dozen different people, before anything correct actually happens. On top of that, IMC charges premiums that leave your wallet hurting even after a good insurance plan has come into play. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew Brown, but even more strongly recommend an entirely different healthcare organization.

Absolutely love love Dr Brown, but hate how long it takes to get in. My son has not been feeling well for 4-5 days now and they said they cant see him for about 3-4 weeks. And I am not a fan of Instacare. Their comments are always, "well you will probably have to talk to your Dr". No kiddin? well I guess that will be 3-4 weeks. :(

I am always met with smiling faces, and the office runs so smoothly! Dr Brown has been my Dr through some difficult health challenges. He is always willing to see me to make sure we stay on top of my health. As the patient, I am grateful to have a Dr who listens to me. I am now having two of my daughters see Dr Brown!

Dr. Brown is grade A. He is very quick while seeing patients but not so quick as to neglect your needs. Ive seen Doc Brown several times and had my issues addressed correctly and efficiently. Would highly recommend for people of all ages.
