Greenfield Family Medicine provides for the utmost excellent customer service and medical care. All referrals and medical assistance are provided in a very timely manner with the utmost respect. I personally see Morgan Watkins, who provides a thorough and personal medical practice. I have seen Dr. Burrell in the past and he also provides thorough and personalized care with the utmost respect. I cannot say enough positive comments about the office staff and medical assistants who always have a positive attitude and warm welcome. Overall, Greenfield Family Medicine provides high quality medical care with a loving and warm personal touch. And, I cannot say enough good things about Greenfield Family Medicine and Morgan Watkins, NP., and staff.

Was a patient back in 2014 briefly...Wasnt pleased with Dr. Burrell or his office. The staff was friendly but his dimeanor didnt sit well with me. Then fast forward to 2017 where I get a bill for $6.90 for services rendered in Dec 2014.... really?! Youre going to bill me for less than $10 over 2 years after the fact? When I called to pay the ridiculous bill and inquire what it was for and why I was being billed so far past the time of service the only answer I got was that they were switching computer systems and I would be required to pay it.... I sure hope Dr. Burrell hasnt been hurting over the $7 I owed him he past 2 years. Wont reccomend his services to anyone and am so happy I trusted my gut and found better care elsewhere.

Dr. Burell is so awesome! He takes his time with his patients and really shows genuine concern for your well being. A friend at work referred me to Dr. Burell and Im so glad I went! I will never go to another doctor for as long as Burell is in practice. I really love this doc, office and staff!!

I was a new patient. I had to take my 4yr old nephew and 1 yr daughter with me. They were so great despite my overly tired cranky baby. They did so much for us! It was so nice that they had in house lab so that I didnt have to endure another place with two kids.
