WORST PEDIATRIC OFFICE EVER.. Where to begin... Well i have a preemie baby who is my world. We started by seeing on pediatrician, then our second appt was with Dr. Kent, who we saw from then on. Every single visit the only thing Dr. Kent told us was "she hasnt gained any weight, bring her back tomorrow". For three appointments thats literally all we heard. She did not go over anything else, she didnt check my daughters body to make sure she was alright, she didnt go over anything other than her diet and weight. Being new parents we were disappointed that she wasnt very informative, so i called and canceled my last appt, and found a new pediatrician. Well about a week later I get a call from CPS saying Dr. Kent had filed a report against me for missing a bunch of appointments. Well i was just shocked! We had no missed appointments, and now CPS had to come to my home to check on my baby girl, which is ok, but the fact that now this CPS report is on my record when I did absolutely NOTHING wrong is NOT ok. All i did was switch pediatricians! I love my little girl with an everlasting love, and i have done everything ive needed to for her. Needless to say I am taking action against Mesa Pediatrics for this. This is just Bizarre.

If I could give negative stars to a practice, I would. If you want quality care with doctors who take the time to properly diagnose a child and listen to the parents, go elsewhere. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Smith are two of the least competent service providers I have encountered, let alone medical professionals. After being fed up and complaining about Dr. Nguyen, I was told by the billing department that what would I expect would happen if every Dr. who had a patient complain was reprimanded with not being able to bill for the appointment. I responded that they would probably have take some responsibility for their patient care. To Mesa Peds, taking responsibility for a doctor who is terrible with patients and diagnosis (running extraneous tests and in once case with Dr. Smith prescribing an antibiotic that we had just talked about NOT prescribing) is an unfathomable course of action.

Originally was super happy with this place. Dr laks is great. But getting someone on the phone in the office is near impossible. Scheduling appointments is a process, Ive been called to reschedule so many times that my infants well check ups are not in line, and if you need to reschedule with them anticipate it being at least 2 months out (non emergency visits of course). Ive left voicemails for returned calls only to be told that it was probably my cell phone "that dropped the call so we never got it". Once you get to your appointment you usually get in quick, but end up waiting in your room for at least 20 minutes before being seen. Overall experience has been very frustrating with them.

I can never talk to a person if I call. I have tried over the course of five months to get a call through. To make appointments, get x-ray results, leave a msg for the doctor we have been seeing for almost 4 years. If you want to make an appointment you have to leave a message.Then they call you back at the MOST inconvenient time, but you have to take the call because your kids needs to see the doctor.

Their billing department is a COMPLETE joke and their doctors will waste your time! You get in quickly but thats because they are not thorough whatsoever. Took our son for a year and was never once asked about his developmental progress with ANY major milestones... dont waste your time by taking your child somewhere he/she wont receive the adequate attention deserved.

We love Mesa Peds. Their staff and nurses are always friendly. My kids have seen William Gause since birth and hes been so wonderful. I never want to change. I do think their office needs updating...but its not a deal breaker since were not in the lobby long anyways. I highly recommend them.

This is a great office! I have never had to wait more than a few minutes before being taken back. The staff are friendly and helpful and the many doctors I have seen Ive had a good experience with. I highly recommend them!

I take all 3 of my children ages 13 years to 7 months to Dr. Wallace. Ive never had a problem getting in last minute & they are very quick to call back when needed. The place is very clean & I love the staff .
