I have been to both the Gilbert and Ahwatukee offices. The office is not run well. For instance, I left 2 messages on a good nurse practitioners phone to get xray results. By mid afternoon, I called the appointment clerk to find that the assistant at that number had been off today and no one was assigned to cover that phone line. I got a call about 3 weeks after the pharmacy sent for a new rx to Dr Nutakki. I had gotten that taken care of at a CVS mini clinic because of no response. After a series of issues I am leaving the practice. Another time, my pre-surgical notes were not ready for pick-up and the person responsible only worked that morning. As a longtime RN myself, I was disappointed in the office which can be as vital as the med practice.

I have left this practice. I got a bill from them for $175 that resulted from a clerical and coding error. They said they couldnt do anything about it. I wont support a practice that is so insensitive to my needs

I see Dr. Bebawy at this office. I highly recommend him for a primary care doctor. This location no longer has a labcorp on site but thats okay, there are several nearby.
