Dr Crawford has taken care of my families health needs for many a years. He has great relationship skills, medical advice and is always willing to go to dig into any concerns that we have. He has been a huge blessing to our family and now with 2 offices it is convenient for us, even more so. We are willing to travel to see him though.

Cancelled appointment in advance on 3/11/16 for six month follow up. Never got a notice til now that it went to collection for $ 25.00 non cancellation fee. For a appointment back on 9/16/16. Got collection notice 2/15/17. Sounds like record keeps need to do a better job. Address has been the same for ten yrs
