Dr Franz is one of the best doctors Ive ever worked with. I rate him 5 stars! His staff is satisfactory and seem knowledgeable. This was my first experience at the new Medical Center by Thanksgiving Point. It was a little unusual to have a "hospital feel" when going for a medical visit. But the office and halls were clean and lovely. The one thing that HAS to be changed....is the sign on the "Front Door" where you are supposed to enter. I parked near there and started walking toward the building. I saw the big red Emergency sign (which is good it is so visable), however I could not seen any other signs that said this was the regular entrance. I ended up driving around, parking at another spot and trying to enter, one, then another then another door, to get in. It was slushy and snowing and I was drenched by the time I got back to the first door by the ER. As I neared (maybe 15 ft away, I could see the sign to the entrance. It is not reader friendly. Sorry. It should be 2-3 times bigger, and MUCH BRIGHTER IN COLOR. I will try the Medical center again and if it is fairly soon, Ill remember which door. If its a year down the road, Ill be likely to forget which door to use.

Dr Frantz performed a procedure on me, then recommended follow up. Because follow up with him would have been more than two months out I was told to follow up with his nurse practitioner who would know about my situation. She didnt. She recommended procedure after expensive procedure stating "Dr Frantz was following the case". After I had completed these procedures and contacted their office again it took OVER A MONTH to hear back from them, and when they finally returned my call, it was to talk about the initial procedure! They had no idea what was going on! The office is so unorganized, Dr Frantz does not follow up on his own patients, and they dont seem to care about the expense to the patient when ordering test after test (particularly tests that they dont think are important enough to follow up on).

I have had a couple appointments with Dr. Frantz now and he is a really great doctor. He is really good about asking lots of questions and listening to my answers. I feel comfortable with him and also that he is very knowledgable since he ordered a really new test that even the people in the lab hadnt heard of and they said he is always on the cutting edge when it comes to helping his patients. I definitely recommend him!

I was referred to Dr. Frantz by my PCP for some trouble Id been having periodically with swallowing breads, rice and meat. Due to some major traffic problems I arrived at my appointment 45 minutes late. Dr. Frantz and his staff were kind enough to honor my appointment and work me right in. He is a knowledgeable guy and easy to talk to. An EGD was scheduled and he is working on finding a solution for my condition.

I cant say I wake up thrilled to go to the gastroenterologist as I wish I didnt have to, but I do enjoy having him as my doctor. He always listens to my concerns and I feel like he genuinely cares about me and my results. He is an expert in his field and is a great Doctor. If you are having tummy trouble, go see this man.

Dr Franz is a skilled professional who takes time to make his patients comfortable and well informed. He listens and makes sure all your questions are answered. He took the time to read the history in my medical chart before my appointment and was prepared for my visit. His staff was attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend him.
