I went in with Ulcers, Gastritis, and a bad Gallbladder. Had an endoscopy done which proved the ulcers and Gastritis. The doctor said that there is something else happening though(gallstones). He prescribed me 3 PPIS and told me to come back if it gets worse. I got a lot worse and called but he was out of town for 2 weeks. They told me to come in to their emergency room. When I arrived in paid and was met with and told they cant help me. I asked if they had anything to help with nausea and they said no. I asked about Zofran the doctor said they wont give me narcotics. I advised that I do not want narcotics just something to help with nausea. She said no Narcotics and they cant help me. I told her its not a narcotic but she persisted not to give me nausea medication. She did however let me know not to take all the medications the doctor prescribed because they will cause serious digestive issues. It has now been 3 months and I still havent been able to get in to meet with the original doctor to get my gallbladder taken care of. I have been to many doctors and this is by far the worst I have ever come across. Their lack of education and professionalism is inexcusable. They treat me like an addict to Narcotics after I explicitly said I dont want them and need something to help with nausea. Save your physical and mental health by going to someone who knows what they are doing. As a side note, the Nurse was very personable, intelligent, and cared.

Dr. Kennedy is a fabulous doctor - I saw him at a different location for a few years, and then when he moved to Premier Family Medical in Lindon, I kept going to him even though it was a bit more of a drive. I can tell that he cares about me, both as a patient and as a person. The office staff at PFM in Dr. Kennedys office has always been kind, helpful, and skilled. Ive never had to wait long once Im in the waiting room. Sometimes it can be hard to get an appointment with Dr. Kennedy, but Im sure the other doctors are great too :)

My family has always had very positive experiences at Premier Family Medical in Lindon, UT. We have been able to have prompt attention given to us when we have appointments. We also have been able to have multiple services taken care of from blood work, to drop in services, and physical therapy. Our physician, Dr. Brockbank, is always very caring, takes time to listen, and has been a great family doctor. I highly recommend Premier Family Medical.

I have been twice to their Urgent Care in the last couple months. They are really quick and took care of everything. The first time I went, the Urgent Care was busy and the wait was going to be a bit long so they sent me to one of the attached doctors offices so I would be seen right away. I also had to call back to get a letter for my work and they were very helpful and responded right away. Would recommend them to anyone.

I love love love Dr. Nordstrom!!! He is the best! So kind and patient and really listens to my needs. He does a great job and does not do it for the money. You can tell he genuinely wants to help and that is his priority. Go and see for yourself! You wont regret it :))
