UPON HAVING SEVERE PAIN FROM A BROKEN TOOTH!! I CALLED THE TD ON 3100S AND REDWOOD ROAD. WVC. I WAS GIVE AN APPT FOR THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD I COULD GET DONE AT 4 OCLOCK ON THE DAY I CALLED BUT I HAD TO GO TO WORK AND COULD NOT MAKE IT AND I WOULD SEE THEM ON THE NEXT DAY SCHEDULED. WHILE AT WORK I WAS IN SUCH PAIN THAT I COULD NOT STAND IT AND CALLED THE TD TO SEE IF I COULD COME IN AT 4 OCLOCK.. I GOT OFF WORK AND WENT OVER TO THE TD AND FILLED OUT ALL THE PAPERWORK. I WAS CALLED TO THE FRONT AND WAS TOLD WE "THE TOOTH DOCTOR" COULD NOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME!! I WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT TAKE MY KIND OF INSURANCE.. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE TD NOT TAKING MY INSURANCE!! THE BIG PROBLEM IS THAT I AM IN SEVERE PAIN, I GOT OFF WORK TO GO TO THE TD, THEY HAVE ME UNDER THE BELIEF THAT I WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF AT 4 PM AND OUT OF PAIN AT SOME POINT AND I WILL NOT MISS ANY MORE TIME AT WORK!! NOW I AM TOLD I WILL NOT BE TAKEN CARE OF AT ALL BECAUSE OF INSURANCE PROBLEMS....IT IS NOW TOO LATE TO GET ANOTHER APPT FOR TODAY AND I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR TOMORROW TO SEE ABOUT GETTING RID OF THE REALLY BAD PAIN FROM A BROKEN TOOTH. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN ASKED WHAT KIND OF INSURANCE I HAD TO START WITH, THE TD HAD 2 CHANCES TO ASK ME.. ALSO WHEN I ASKED THEM TO AT LEAST SEE ME EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT HAVE THE RIGHT INSURANCE THEY WOULD NOT TAKE ME IN EVEN THOUGH THEY MESSED UP BY HAVING ME BELIEVE I WOULD BE OUT OF PAIN ON THIS DAY, AND THEN TELLING ME THEY COULD NOT, WOULD NOT, HELP ME. I WILL NEVER GO TO THE TOOTH DOCTOR EVER AGAIN OR MY FAMILY FOR THAT MATTER... THIS SHOWS THAT WHEN THEY WERE IN THE WRONG THEY WOULD NOT TAKE CARE AND REMEDY THE PROBLEM.. I WANT A DOCTOR THAT STANDS BY THEIR WORK AND ACTIONS!!!!!!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I got my wisdom teeth removed from this doctor who also had their probably 7 year old daughter with him "helping" with suction. She just so happened to grab ahold of my uvula with this suction tool and that was fun. (Sarcasm) I also was never told I had an outstanding balance with them. Once I finally got word that there was an outstanding balance on my account from another family member who also went to this dentist, I went in immediately to pay it. Once I got there to pay, they told me it had already been sent to collections and it was out of their hands. The amount I had to pay got doubled (if not more). Why they didnt ever call me to tell me I had an outstanding balance is beyond me... especially to send it to collections and ding my credit. Would not recommend. Nice guy, but terrible dentist and business model.

and I was needing to find a new dentist that would accept our new dental plan. I found Dr. Dillman and was able to get in for checkups for our family that very week. He has a very family-friendly office with plenty of parking. You may not find all the bells and whistles at this office like you do in some other places, but the service is great and the prices arent inflated. I took advantage of a new patient special and got custom bleach trays and bleach for myself for only $100. My 6-year-old daughter had to have 3 fillings, and actually looked forward to each return visit. Im so glad we found Dr. Dillman!

My family has been going to Dr. Dillman for the past 5 years. I am in the healthcare field so I know a good doctor when I see one. Dr. Dillman offers no-frills top notch dental care. Scheduling an appointment has always been easy, I never had to wait outrageous amount of time in the waiting room. His prices are affordable and he always checks for oral cancer during your cleaning, which is something few dentists do. Thank you Dr. Dillman.

So I hate going to the dentist. The office seems to be a converted house which had me worried at first, but I was greeted by wonderful smiles an extremely nice staff. I was please to find that the mood carried on to the assistant and Dr. Both were awesome and willing to put up with my bad jokes. They made the experience fun and seem to be extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a dentist.

Amazing experience and very friendly staff. I was taken back initially by Mrs. Valarie who was very nice, calm, pleasant and professional. After her I got to meet with DR. Mullinax who did a great job making me feel comfortable and informed... Dentist offices can be scary, but they do a great job alleviating that fear and making you feel right at home!! Would recommend to anyone new to the Cottonwood heights area!

Ive been going to Dr. Dillman since I was a teen and now I take my teenage daughter to see him as well. Dr. Dillman and his staff have demonstrated years of excellent care and service. The front office staff are always so helpful and patient and the assistants are very kind and work with a gentle hand. My daughter and I both love the Tooth Dr. team and look forward to many more years of excellent care!

Ive been going to Dr. Dillman for 6 years now and have always had a great experience. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. The thing I like most about this dentist is that he only does what is necessary and is very honest. Dentists like this one are hard to come by these days. I highly recommend Dr. Ray Dillman.

Dr. Dillman and his staff are the absolute best. They are all extremely talented at what they do and they make sure you get the best dental treatment available. I personally appreciate the proximity of this office to my home and my work as it makes it extremely convenient for me and my family to see the dentist.

My very first visit - they could have charged for services to prolong my recovery but took care of my problem on my very first visit. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Dr. was very kind in making sure i felt no pain. I would recommend this office to everyone.

I dont enjoy going to the dentist but Dr. Dillman makes it a good experience. He definitely makes sure you are well taken care of when you are there and shows that he cares. I have been going to Dr. Dillman for a long time and I dont plan on going to any other dentist.
