I have been going here for 6years now. In the beging they were great. They cared about the patients. Now they have became rude and in a rush. One of there NP saw me when I was having stomach pains, we did a couple test and they showed nothing and the NP told me she didnt know what was wrong with me. I went to another Dr office and with in the first visit the Dr already had an idea that it was my Gall Bladder they sent me in for an ultrasound found out it was my Gall Bladder. I dont like when someone who is suppose to be there to help you doesnt have a clue what there doing. I just went back and saw them again because I have an ear infection and I knew this before I went in because I have been getting them since I was an infant. I had to wait an hour to see the Dr. When I finally saw her it seemed as if I was an inconvince to her and I wasnt worth her time. I swear if I hadnt asked her to look at my ears because I thought one ear drum had reptured she wouldnt even have looked, she would of just wrote me the script for the medicine. I will not be going back to this Dr again.

I have never let the 20-30 minute waits bother me... but honestly, if you expect me to be on time, shouldnt you be on time? Everyone in my family has been to AFH for wellness checks... apparently, AFH thinks its perfectly acceptable to bill me for not just the wellness check, but for questions the staff asked (also about their wellness) such as about weight, blood pressure, eating habits. So I get to pay a copay for the wellness check AND an additional copay for an office visit for those other questions. My insurance company called this "shady" and I agree... just because they "can" bill for those particular topical questions doesnt mean they "should." Going to find a family practice that isnt going to run me into the ground with excessive billing.

Accredited Family Healthcare is an excellent, caring group of doctors! They look you in the eye and treat you like a human being. They listen when you talk and really hear what you are saying. They helped me immediately the moment I called for an appointment. I recommend them very highly!

Wonderful staff and great location! Nurses were excellent and friendly. The set up is very nice inside and organized. Waiting is expected when going to any hospital or clinic.
