I used to like this office; however, have never been a fan of the front office staff. They present as cold, and often times rude. Lately, I feel very rushed and uncomfortable when I have an appointment. I dont visit the doctor often, but when I do I would like to have a positive and engaging experience. Unfortunately, that doesnt occur with the front office or doctors Ive seen during recent visits. I will add though, that despite the negative vibe from front office staff and the shortness by doctors, the nursing staff are incredible. They are personable, caring and listen without rushing. They are the reason I couldnt bring myself to provide a lower rating. Ill also note I have a couple of family members that attend here and they have not reported the same concerns Ive experienced, outside of those regarding the front office staff.

My family has been going to Dr. Dayton for 3 years now. The doctors are amazing and some staff is great especially Lisa the nurse assistant. They just got a new staff for the front desk and gosh there plain out RUDE! The lady we had the pleasure of dealing with is named Susie, or so she said. Never have I ever had some roll there eyes at me, mouth back to me and just plain out be insulting. I was helping my grandma make a appointment and she cant hear that well. She was trying to make 2 appointments and yes I said she was rude to her face, she said "Im trying not to be".

I have visited 20+ doctors offices over many decades. I have never had a better experience than with Dr. Dayton and his staff. Dr. Dayton is willing to spend whatever time is needed to understand your medical issue. He is a patient, thoughtful listener who never rushes the visit. Michelle Thomas has provided me with equally excellent care too. I have seen the doctor or his medical staff within 5 minutes of the appointment time, sometimes a few minutes before the scheduled time. The staff is friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

This was my first visit there, and I saw the NP. She was absolutely wonderful, and was very thoughtful of all the questions and concerns I had. The front desk staff was also extremely courtesy to me. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

My whole family has been going to Dr. Dayton for 8 years now. He is so friendly and helpful. Hell tell you different options you have to solve your issue. My kids all love him because hes fun and playful.
