I agree that his newest office staff and especially his Medical assistant, or his nurse assistant or whatever she is, needs to get the heck out. They are all so unfriendly and sour faced, I know from some of the people that got me to go there in the first place that he is losing patients because of them. He is such a nice Doctor, caring, and he makes time for you know matter how busy he is. He will have a hard time keeping people around though because of his staff. Literally the worst I have ever seen in any office anywhere. I have no idea where he got them from he could not have picked any worse people. They have no personality at all. They act like they hate their job and they hate everyone that walks through the door. You dread coming in, because you have to talk to them. I am not going to let them chase me away though, he is one of the best and most thorough doctors I have had in along time. So, hopefully he will require them to be all more friendly and out going or pack their crap and get out. for now I will hang in there because he is good and I like him. It is hard to find a good DOCTOR. DR. Davis wise up and make your staff be friendly and caring before you lose the patients that love you. It must be because TIM ORR is a male because as you can tell for the most part everyone else hates to even go in there because of the staff...... That is not a joke, they are awful.

I have to fully disagree with these two people. I have been a patient for about four years with Dr. Davis. I have had nothing but professional and friendly service from both Dr. Davis and his staff. In fact the ladies in the front both Linda and Kattie have been friendly and proffesional and always talk and ask me about my family. I have referred about 25 people to Dr. Davis over the years because it is so hard to find a Doctor with the entire package where both the Doctor and their staff are so great like Dr. Davis has in his office.

As a new patient I called Dr. Daviss office to schedule an annual physical. I was told that I needed to to have a consultation visit to go over my health before Dr. Davis could perform a physical… So the doctor wants someone to go over my health with me before he goes over my health by doing a physical? Sounds like he is double dipping… As a health care professional myself I would encourage people to ask questions when you go to this office so as not to get over-charged.

I have been his patient since he opened his practice on Val Vista. He is a great doctor. Im very sad that he moved to the Banner building on Warner and Gilbert. Not only is it further for me but I dont like the hospital environment or the staff there. I just received a letter from Banner stating that he will no longer be in practice as a primary care physician. He will be going into Urgent Care. Im totally bummed.

I agree with alwayswondering Dr Davis is great but his front office staff is not at all friendly. I do not go there anymore because of this issue. Her comment was is 2009, it is 2011 and they are still bad. Yes, I think your front office staff is very important, it is your first impression.

Why is it that when you find a great Dr. (such as in Dr. Davis), his front office staff isnt always the most friendliest????? Wouldnt you think that would be very important as they are the first ones you meet when you walk into the office? Just wondering????

Dr Davis have been the best doctor I have ever had, if anyone knows where he is or if he is back to family care practice please post it here. Me and my husband have not been able to find a good doctor since he left that horrible Banner place.
