I saw a dr at this office on Tuesday & forgot to talk to them about 2 medicines that they had prescribed to me before. So I called in to see if they could call them in. They told me I had to make another appointment to see the doctor in order to have them call in refills. I saw them 2 days ago. This is absurd. If the dr has any concerns then call to talk to me about it. They had the receptionist call me back instead of the nurse or dr to explain to me why. Dont make me pay $30 more for a co pay & charge the insurance more money to talk about 2 medicines you have already prescribed for me. I simply forgot because there were other things that were of greater concern. Seems like they just want more money. Not to mention the fact I waited for over an hour for the dr & sat on a table in a gown for almost 20 minutes before the dr even came in. Also getting them to answer the phone in the office is very difficult & requires several calls typically. I will be finding a new primary care doctor.

Not Impressed by the way the billing department is.. What a Joke! The Practice Manager Elana Kelley is very dis-organized and should not be in customer service at all! I am self Pay, and paid my fee up front, a month later I received a bill stating that it was more than the fee I paid up front. I was never informed that it was going to be more than the $100 self pay fee. DO NOT WASTE your time... Looks like other people have had the same thing happen to them in the other reviews... I then get a letter from the practice stating that they are no longer going to see me, and I have to find another Doctor. LOL! Really! Ok then! ITS all about the MONEY!!

I was so pleased with the service I received from Bre Stoddard and her colleagues that I brought my family for their medical needs. We sure appreciate the personal care and concern that is given to us. I further value the expertise from Bre that made it possible for me to take care of a couple medical concerns through her detailed review of medical examinations I had following my multiple War deployments….thanks for all you do

SO IMPRESSED with the level of caring and professionalism of this staff. In spite of being busy, they take the time to get accomplished what needs to be done. They keep up of all the procedures, and have spent extra time with my family and me helping us qualify for various Vocational Rehabilitation and forms as needed. I am certain they would rather I didnt put this up, but they have been so wonderful.

My wife and I both use Lone Peak Family Medicine. I use Dr. Jack and she uses Breony Stoddard. Our wait time is usually minimal and as we are examined, we dont feel rushed. Our questions are answered to our satisfaction. The front desk is friendly.... what more could one want!
