I was involved in a mountain bike accident that really tweaked my neck and back. After a few weeks of suffering through it, I finally decided to do something about it. I tried a chiro, to no avail. Tried going to my family doctor, and he recommended I go to a pain specialist to help manage the pain while getting treatment for it. I went to Omega, and Dr. Steven Pulley was able to accurately locate the source of my shoulder / back, and neck pain. After a simple procedure I felt the best I had felt in a month. The MA team greatly assisted in helping me feel comfortable and relaxed. I went from about a 7-8 in pain level, down to maybe a 2. He then recommended a PT clinic to get the treatment I needed, after a few weeks of pain-free PT, I was back to 100%. Never had to use prescription pain pills of any kind. I will be forever grateful to Dr. Pulley and the team at Omega Interventional Pain for their professionalism, and accurately treating my pain.

You would think a place that deals with people in chronic pain they would be a bit more organized. THe receptionists are extremely rude and the Nurse Practitioners that you are set up with are idiots. They would not contact my insurance for pre approval and after daily calls from me and my insurance, my insurance finally said NO due to the request was 3 months ago. I was rescheduled 7 yes 7 times for an appointment that I was told they would call me back on to schedule in the first place which they did not. This is the WORST place. I am only scratching the surface. They rescheduled me when I went in for my appointment, did not call me they rescheduled when I showed up. Worst place ever. I walked out today after another rescheduled need to reschedule I replied Im so done with this place, the receptionist replied "good"

My husband is currently being treated here and I could not be happier that we found Omega Pain. From the first phone call with Collai where she patiently walked me through everything we should expect, what we would need to bring, and what to expect from the appointment, to our first meeting with Tracey where for the first time in 5 years, someone looked my husband in the eye and listened to his complaints without shifting in their seat and treating us like a disease, to our more recent interaction with Dr. Joyal, I have nothing but great things to say. These people are great at what they do, and have great bedside manner. The office staff is always polite and welcoming. Thank you Omega Pain for helping my husband and giving us hope for more pain free living.

They got me hooked on Fentenyl , huge doses of it. Had to go through withdrawals which were very painful. I was told if I had stopped it suddenly, I could have died. As a result, I lost saliva glands in my mouth and have gone through all kinds of problems because of that, such as chronic dry mouth, loss of most of my teeth because of decay from the dry mouth. Also damaged the sphinker muscle in my esphsogus along with a heitial hernia, which makes it almost impossible to eat, drink and swallow and have a chronic cough. My advise to anyone going to this Clinic, dont! There are many more safe ways to control your pain.

This place is a joke. All they do is throw more and more pain meds at you until you die. My dad almost died because of them. He was prescribed oxycodone and morphine at the same time! I had to take him to the ER and there they said that he was prescribed enough narcotics to kill an elephant. "Doctor" (I use this term lightly because this guy is really just a drug dealer) Corey Dahl needs to be investigated. This whole practice is shady and it only takes reading a few of these reviews to see that. If you want to get better physically and mentally stay as far away from this dump as you can.

Awful customer service from the new patient admissions department! Every single time Id call I would be sent directly to voicemail. Id leave a message and NEVER get a call back. Finally I called the front office and they transferred me right to the new patient department without a moments wait even though Id called minutes before and had been sent to voicemail. Once I got to talk to them they were very unwilling to work with me. They were condescending and cold. I am disappointed because I was not able to make an appointment and I really need to be seen for my pain.

I went to the Omega Pain Clinic because of chronic pain as a result of multiple surgeries. The new patient coordinator was so incredibly rude and totally incompetent! It was incredibly unorganized. When I finally got in to see a physician I saw a Nurse Practitioner named Tracy. She was a complete idiot! Her answer to everything was pills. My advice to anyone thinking about going to Omega Pain Clinic is DO NOT GO!!!! Save your money and time and go to one of the many RESPONSIBLE pain clinics in the valley.

The website is pretty cool. I like it. I wanted to make an appointment because I have pain in my lower back. I called a couple times to get some info about how they work with the my insurance. Both times I called the woman in the front office sounded very arrogant. Very bad customer service. I hated it. I cant understand how they can have people like that on the front row of a business. Got a very bad impression.

They are miracle workers. Seriously, I have been to countless back "specialist" over the 25 years I have all this pain. Omega was the first place that ever accurately diagnosed the pain and actually started treating it. I would be looking down the long miserable path of disability if I had not found them! Dr. Pulley, Scott Hadfield PA, and the rest of the staff are great, I have hope to actually live again!

I have been working with the staff of Omega Interventional Pain Clinic for a long time now. They are extremely good at what they do. They are quickly to get back you on any request and kind as can be. If you are need a pain management specialist the pain management doctors at Omega are interested in you as a person and dedicate the amount of time necessary to help you feel your best.

Impossible to even get in contact with them. I work in a medical profession, and attempted to contact this business by phone and fax. The fax machine did not answer, and the phone circuits were "all busy." What kind of a clinic makes it impossible to even contact them for medical purposes?
