I went to this office based on a referral from a phys/friend for treatment of, what turned out to be soft nodes on my vocal chords due to public speaking and singing. I am utterly disgusted with the billing department at this facility AND with the amount of money I was charged for services, the bulk of which I had to pay for. I explained to them that I have a catastrophic plan and would like to pay cash for services rendered. I was told by the billing department that...and I quote... "by law, we have to bill your insurance." First of all, this is NOT TRUE and when I asked them for the specifics of the law that states this, they relented. Its strictly an office policy and one that exploits the patient. Secondly, the amount of money I was charged for services were astronomical considering the Dr. spent, maybe 20 minutes with me. He was in a hurry and was annoyed when I started asking questions about treatment options that could work in unison with Western medicine. While the vocal therapist is great and was also frustrated with the office billing practices, being charged $125.00 for a 40 minute session is highway robbery, especially considering you can Google the methods and watch videos for free. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. There are better options out there.

They sent me to collections over $5.00. I asked for help and that was their response. i spent $165.00+ cash for my entire. appointment.. Unbelievable! There billing office lacks integrity. Besides that there office smells old and moldy. I went in for a serious sinus infection and the PA did a scope of my sinuses, she confirmed I had an infection and she sent the scope for testing and never followed up with me, I had to contact them. I left with zero prescriptions and was told to use a saline rinse! I had already been doing all of the natural remedies. I called back and asked for an antibiotic and that was like pulling teeth. Theyve a terribly rude and unforgiving billing department. I regret every bit of my visit! I also had to wait an hour to see someone.

I went in with two health issues - broken bones in my face and a scary inexplicable lump on my temple. Dr. Palmer confirmed I had broken bones, but essentially brushed off the lump issue. He referred me to a maxiofacial surgeon who fixed the bones, who then referred me to Dr. Riddle at Peak ENT, who diagnosed and removed the lump. Since Dr. Palmer was unable/unwilling to take care of my health condition, I asked for a discounted bill. I had a similar experience as Chris Hussey (below) with the first two people I spoke to in the billing department. Fortunately, Ben Anderson, the practice administrator, was willing to work with me and provide a significant discount. Hes reasonable and willing to do the right thing, which I appreciate.

Poor Service - The doctor was nice. But the Billing department was extremely rude. I wanted to make a lower monthly payment after my family made our first visit. I couldnt afford what they wanted me to pay every month. I asked for a lower payment and they told me the extremely high payment they wanted was generous. I ended up putting it all on a credit card. I have never had this issue with any other doctors office. Unless you want another car payment I would find another ENT specialist that will work with their customers rather then trying to harm them with a high monthly payment. If I would have known this I would have gone to a doctor that appreciates their customers.

My whole family has been seen by someone in this practice. my husband has seen Dr. Butler and Kristen Hoopes and Dr. Swenson. My son has been seen by Kristen Hoopes . I have seen Dr. Swenson and Nancy Stevenson. We all have been so impressed every time. Our problems have always been helped on the first appointment. From the front desk to the MAs to the Doctors front to back all around great office everyone is so nice and helpful. There was a awkward situation with my son and Kristen handled it so professionaly and kindly. I would reccomend this office to all my friends over and over again for many many reasons!!!!

This is the best place to see an ENT Doctor in Salt Lake City. They also have a location in Draper which was very accommodating for me with my work schedule. Every time I have seen one of these ENT doctors I have been thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and the care that they give me. They can also help with any ear nose and throat problem, not to mention allergies which is very helpful. Im allergic to cats and ENT Specialists gives me the proper care and attention I need. Great staff, best ENT Doctors. Tonsils, sinuses, broken nose, you name it....Id trust this group with anything. Thanks for the amazing care!!!

I have been to see the Doctors for a few different health reasons. The Doctors are awesome and treat you real well. They will stay and answer any questions you have and dont just push you out the door like some other physicians I have been to. I would highly recommend these physicians and staff members out front to take care of my needs. The front staff of this place is amazing as well. They take care of my insurance plans and help me with whatever is needed. They are very professional and they seem to work as a team real well to get the patients in and out in a timely manner. This is such a wonderful group of ENT doctors. I will recommend them to all my friends. I was having serious throat problems and they were able to get me an appointment the same day. The front desk ladies were so nice and kind to me, even thought I know my two kids were having a tough time being at the doctors office (moving around a lot, being load, you know all the things a 1 year old and 3 year old do when you have to take them with you). Thanks for you care, awesome bedside manner, patience, and understanding. All the things you hope for when going to a doctors office.

Very Poorly Managed! Thanks to very rude front desk staff I will never bother to see whether their doctors are just as rude. The office has been open for "about 30 years" and know Google maps has their location marked 20 minutes away and say they havent had time to update it. "We told the office manager" *blank stare*. Instead of being accommodating the staff was condescending by simply stating "well, its your fault for being late and youll have to reschedule." Havent had time, eh? Google Maps has been available since 2005...

Horrible service - but the Dr. was nice I waited over an hour in the waiting room and was never told whether or not I was going to be taken back soon. Before going to this appointment, I asked how much their exam fee was, I later received a bill in the mail for double the amount. Also, since they got me back an hour and a half late, they werent able to do my CT scan same day because they were about to close. Not my fault! I wouldve given this 1 star. but the doctor was nice once he did come back.
