Excellent care by physicians. You see the same physician, even in emergencies, if available. If not, of course, you see one of the other MDs. We have seen both Dr.s Cannon and Sotelo, and they are both wonderful doctors. You always see the doctor, not a PA or an NP. When we call with questions, our call is usually returned within an hour, always the same day or first thing in the morning, by the nuse or the doctor. For after-hours calls, they also return calls often within 30 min! We never have a problem getting an appointment, we can see same day for illnesses. Our concerns are heard and addressed. Office is clean. Front office staff is very good, organized, helpful. Hold times on phone are never too long. Parking in front of office is available.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Scott Cannon and Papago Buttes Pediatrics. Dr. Cannon has been our pediatrician for over 5 years, dealing with everything from hospital visits at birth to well checks to traumatic eye injuries and ear infections. He is always caring, calm, informative and never in a hurry. For well checks, the wait time is minimal (sometimes were called back before I can get my co-pay processed). The waiting rooms are clean and have lots of fun toys to keep kids occupied. Weve seen two other doctors on occasions when Dr. Cannon wasnt available, and both were very professional and knowledgeable. My favorite thing about Dr. Cannon is he is not judgmental at all... he gives options and lets you choose what is best for your kid.

The reason I love this practice is that everyone is extremely competent, from the staff member who helps you check in to the medical assistants, the nursing staff, the billing department and of course the doctors. Every member of the staff is friendly, they know how to put moms and kids at ease, and the doctors take as much time as you need to discuss an issue or review what you can expect with your newborn or older child. When I was a first time mom my doctor always asked how I was doing, which I really appreciated.

Dr. Sotelo is truly a caring person. He always calls us back when we have a medical question and takes the time to fully listen to our concerns. My youngest has some medical problems, and I usually have a lot of questions to ask. He never discounts my feelings or gives me grief about my decisions. He says "Moms know best". He also takes the time to ask me how I am doing, which I really appreciate! We have also seen Dr. Reznick who is equally as good and caring.

Dr. Sotelo is amazing with children. We went to literally all the pediatricians offices in the valley and not one came close to his level of care and competence. Hes also a really nice guy. Hes gentle when our toddler is throwing a fit and always makes to time to call us back when we have questions. We liked Dr. Cannon as well.

Ive been coming here since I was a child. I have never had any issues and they have always been very caring. Im 20 now and I called today to see if cannon or sotello will still see me and they said of course! I got an appointment in 2 Hrs! Appreciate there trusted and caring services! Awesome!
