Takes forever to talk to an actual person. The first time I called to book about something that was really worrying me, the young man told me that I would have my appt. with the actual Doctor, my notes from my last visit 5 years ago were still in my file with my allergies, and said that if my symptoms worsen to call back and theyll get me an emergency appt. THIS WAS ALREADY WORSE SYMPTOMS THAN I NORMALLY HAVE! When I got my reminder text, it showed that I would be seeing a Nurse - normally, Im ok with a Nurse for check-ups and whatnot, but this was a big problem I was having. I called back to say I wanted to see the Doctor, and when I re-explained everything to this new girl on the phone, she said that I should have been instructed to go to the EMERGENCY ROOM!?! I had to wait another week to see the actual doctor. When I finally got to my appointment, I re-filled out all my paperwork including my updated Pharmacy, and information of approved ways of how to give me any results. I also told them I want my results in any way, shape, or form including voicemail, email, over the phone, etc... They also DID NOT have my original notes from the last time I saw them and they almost used an instrument on me that Im ALLERGIC TO. Thank g-d I caught this before they proceeded. I was given some prescriptions but only told about ONE of them, They sent my prescriptions TO THE WRONG pharmacy across town, and I couldnt have it transferred in a timely matter bc I was so busy with work. When they called me, all the voicemails said, in a very happy voice, was "Hi this is Jessica with Adelante, calling to follow up with you. Please give us a call back at #..." Nothing stating it was urgent that I contact them at all. I work standard business hours and cant answer my phone and/or wait 20 minutes to actually talk to a person. Finally on Friday - A WEEK AFTER my appt. - I got a letter in the mail saying that they need to discuss my test results?!? Cant call on a weekend, so I had to jeopardize my job in order to call them Monday morning. My results were not ok - how is it MEDICALLY RESPONSIBLE to not tell me how urgent it was for me to call back or answer my phone when they call?!?! How is that First Do No Harm? DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!!

Im a member of the LDS Chuch in downtown Mesa. I had members of the church ask me questions in reguards to Adelante so me and my daughter took a trip to the healthcare to check it out. Beautiful center the moment you walk in you feel welcomed. Went around getting information about what services were provided and getting information about the discount fee that is provided. I never post negative things but one thing did stand out to me. The dental aspect of the clinic. When I first passed by both young ladys were on there personal phones and I could see people talking to them and them not even looking up to them. Once I made it back around again there was a line of people waiting to check in. The whole time I was waiting, there was non stop laughing from the front desk recepcionists and it was super loud and obnoxious. Young lady with blonde hair got up and walked away and came back venting about someone in the back mocking them and the recpionist with black hair told her" why do we see so many crazy patients and laughed". I could over hear the young lady in black hair helping a gentleman upfront and her tone of voice kept changing and my daughter mentioned that she talks in such a preppy voice that it sounds like shes forcing herself to sound friendly. Not to mention that they countuined to talk about " getting wasted this weekend". That was enough for me to walk away up to the front lobby. I asked the young lady upfront if they get complaints about the two front desk ladys on the dental section and she mentioned that they do all the time and they let there supervisor know and they communicate that to the supervisor for dental and she does nothing about it. Wont be coming back here but someone should help this dental supervisor about the people she hires upfront and how to hire qualified personnel to represent dental. ** The medical staff was great and professional

This facility is the worst! Worst experience Ive ever had and I will never be coming back here again nor would I ever recommend this place to anyone else! They waste time you dont have and they give such horrible service to their patients. I have 7 children whom I had taken for well kid checks and I did so during the summer to ensure all would be taken care before school started. It was so hard to get my kids immunizations updated. They didnt fax or call their previous facility to get their records, they had me go there to get it, I set appointments which they called to cancel on me after I had already took the day off of work. This happened about 5 times over the summer!! I was away from my job and needed this done!! School starts Monday and I just came back from there and told they wouldnt give shots because I DIDNT HAVE THE SHOT RECORDS!! I did! It took me awhile to obtain them and TRY to give it to them, I set up appointments for the shots and got cancelled on ... it was so hard to communicate with them!! Im so done with this place. I only came here because my other Pediatrics was kind of far but now Im going back because the drive and gas there is a far better alternative than having your time wasted here. And when you are there for an appointment they make you wait FOREVER!! This place wastes your time! Dont bother coming here - in the end it really isnt worth all the hassle. The staff is unfriendly and very unprofessional. They dont know what theyre doing and they dont know how to communicate!! Its horrible. Dont come to this facility. Im giving you fair warning.

Do not get cavities filled here. I had 3 cavity fillings done a year and a half ago at Adelante Dental, and since then, 2 of the fillings have fallen out. One of them being a repair on a chipped front tooth and one being a regular cavity on a back tooth. I called and told them about it and they told me that since its been over a year, they cant help me. Ill have to pay for a regular check up and then Ill have to pay to get my tooth refilled. I am so angry as I live paycheck to paycheck, as my tooth begins to really hurt, and as I have cavity fillings that have lasted me 30 some years with no problems. I wouldve been better off leaving my cavity as it was. Now I have a painful gaping cavern in the middle of one of my back teeth that is really starting to ache and I cant afford to have it filled. I cant believe them telling me its not their responsibility and that Im on my own. As though my hobby is to pry out my own cavity fillings. As though only one single year is an acceptable time period for a cavity filling to last before you feel you can charge someone again for them falling out. Im beyond angry as I sit here with my upper back jaw aching. Do NOT go to Adelante Dental to take care of cavities. If youd like to see documentation and my tooth, let me know. And if the same thing has happened to you, please contact me as well. This is a terrible and abusive business practice in my view and this cant happen to others spending their hard earned money for much needed dental care. They deserve to see legal action taken against them.
