My wife had been going there for quite some time for strictly annual exams with never any serious pathology. After a couple irregularity a procedure was done. Dr. Webb is mildly a nice guy but does not explain anything he is doing. At the end of the exam he decided to blindly order multiple tests without any rhyme or reason. When receiving the bill, we noticed some discrepancies on what he had done. The billing lady was extremely rude, and nursing staff is even more horrendous than her. They offer medical advice when they shouldnt do not explain anything after giving frightening results to patients. It also takes more than 24 hours to get ahold of them, despite what their answering service says. Every single staff member was unwilling to discuss with us charting and their whole process. The worst part was, they talked to us like we were completely stupid which was degrading in many ways. I have not seen a lesser example of lack of understanding, critical thinking, and empathy towards patients and their families. I would advise finding another OB/Gyn. This office was at one time perhaps notably a good practice, but it has gone completely down hill. Attitude and patient care is unfortunately their worst quality and a healthcare practice. They offer zero quality of life to their patients or their family members.

I am going to cancel my next appointment with Dr. Bartels and I wont be back and it is primarily because of his staff. I called on a Wednesday, around 2:00 p.m., and asked to be called back between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. on my work number (which I gave the receptionist). I had a question about the Progesterone and my subsequent sleepiness. When I hadnt received a call by Thursday at 2:00 p.m., I called once more. I was told that my message would go to the top of the list. I repeated my phone number and hours. Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday passed. When I got home on Monday evening, there was a voice mail from Marty - AT MY HOUSE - stating that Progesterone could cause sleepiness and even bloating. How nice to hear. I already knew about the sleepiness and couldnt care less about the bloating. She still hadnt talked with me nor answered any questions. If they cant get a simply thing like returning a call in a timely manner and to the correct phone number, how is it I should trust this office with my health?

Dr. Webb is s great physician and took the time to explain my procedure and was overall a wonderful doctor. But unfortunately the office staff falls short and did not follow-up on needed surgery in order to schedule. When I called the office 2 weeks later to ask why I was never contacted for surgery they replied that it fell through the cracks due to someone leaving the office and they would call me tomorrow to schedule the appointment well one week went by and no one got back to me. I called back again and was told they would call me back to schedule surgery. 3 months later when I called back the receptionist snickered when I told her of my concerns then after a few choice words from me and a threat to call my attorney I finally got that call to schedule the surgery 15 minutes later - well at this point I do not trust this office to schedule surgery or anything else. Im currently looking for another doctor... I will rate one star for knowledge because this is not about the doctor but the staff that is horrible.

I had my baby with Dr. Webb, in 2008, and he was very professional. I never had to wait long in the waiting room, and the nurses were SO FRIENDLY, part of the reason I enjoyed my pregnancy. If youre looking for a doctor to baby you, and treat you like a scottsdale diva then go somewhere else. Dr. Webb is a top doctor, from my first appointment he thought I may need a c-section, but that my pelvis could change during pregnancy. When due day came, he wanted to try and see if I could do a vaginal birth like I wished, but realized I wouldnt be able to in a timely manner. Dr. Webb safely treated me during my emergency c-section. I cant imagine going through what other horror stories I hear my friends talk about with c-sections, because mine was so smooth. I didnt want to be "BFF" with my doctor, I wanted him to concentrate on his job! I have reccomended him to everyone I know and they have all had positive experiences with him.

The office staff is completely incompetent and do not know what they our doing. The staff is very rude and do not return phone calls. The Dr. Is more interested in picking up trash then listing to my wifes condition. They do not fallow through on treatment. The Dr. Also neglects to have the patients chart with him when he entered the room. Instead asking the patient what there lab work results our. Its also very had to get money back from them when they own you money for treatment the did not do.

We needed to get a second a opinion on a condition I was experiencing. After having surgery as my only option from my old Doctor, Dr Webb was awesome. He really listened to my concerns and my whole story! Looked at the MRI I brought him. And gave me the antibiotics I was hoping for instead of exploratory surgery right away! He was professional and I appreciated his honesty, gentleness and straight forward approach and communication. I am excited to go to him in the future OB/GYN needs!

I have been with Dr. Webbs practice for 17 years. Ive referred numerous friends to him. He even delivered 5 of those friends babies. Each one has raved about how grateful they were to have Dr. Webb deliver their children because of his knowledge, calmness and ability to help guide them through their entire pregnancy. I cant say enough great things about Janice and the entire staff. Hands down, the best OBGYN practice in Arizona.

I had such an amazing experience with Dr. Burt Webb !!! He actually spent an entire hour with me and listened to every one of my concerns. I have been on the bio-dentical hormones now for almost a year and I LOVE THEM. My life has dramatically changed!!! Every single staff member in this office cares about YOUR WELL BEING.. I love the PA Jackie Mathers also she is wonderful.

The front desk schedulers are very rude. I left this practice because these people need a class/training lesson on professionalism. I work at a healthcare center and kindness is what clients need. I also have a friend who is leaving because of her bad experiences with this facility not returning her calls. There are many other great women health centers in Scottsdale.

Dr. Webb is wonderful. He removed a 8 inch ovarian cyst and I was back to work in four days. He listens and explains everything clearly. Hes caring and attentive. He also takes the time needed and I never felt rushed. The office staff are also fabulous. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Webb.

Called in on behalf of my wife and was able to speak to someone immediately regarding our case. The office staff was very helpful, and we are very happy with the service that we have been provided. We will continue to see Dr. Webb and Dr. Rustard, as we make our way towards having our first baby!
