Dr. Tamburros staff is horrible. They have no concern for patients or urgency. They take an holier than thou approach to patients. They say they will talk to Dr Tamburro but do not. They say that they will return your call but do not. You have to consistently hound them for an appointment because their office is too busy to handle all the current appointments that seem to have. The office is inefficient and chaotic at best. Even their staff, Pam, takes it upon herself to cancel appointments if it is convienent for her and then she fabricates the notes to protect herself and mislead the remaining staff in supporting thier patients. There are so many better practices in the Chandler/Glibert area. I would highly recommend staying far far far away from this practice especially if you really need help.

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Tamburro for the past eight years. We find his office staff caring, efficient, and accommodating. Dr. Tamburro has been thorough and thoughtful in handling our health concerns. He always takes the time to listen to our problems, and then makes sure that he includes the patient, in seeking a path to various avenues of treatment and alternatives. We are both in our 80th year, and attribute much of our excellent health to the prompt attention and preventative medicine offered by Dr. Tamburro and his assistants. We highly recommend him, and the staff of East Valley Physicians..

Very nice Doctor who listens to your concerns and takes time to answer your questions. His two staff members will call in/fax prescriptions very promptly. Doctor doesnt make you come in for things like getting blood work done. Will send it in the mail. Overall I have not had a bad experience in the several times I have seen him.
