Dr. Loo is a good doctor, but actually getting an appointment with him means a very long wait (so if you have an emergency, youre out of luck). Instead, you have to meet with one of the nurses, which are both either incompetent or uncaring. The last time I went in, it was for my annual womens exam and since I was in, asked about a couple other minor things that were bothering me. The nurse said in a snarky tone, "You do realize this visit is just for your annual exam." I was shocked. I said that I did realize that, but since I was here I might as well at least ask. So then I asked about numbness in my toes and all the nurse said to me was, "I dont know anything about that." Find a different place to go, or wait to see Dr. Loo himself.

I took my daughter to Dr Loo from the time she was born. He is simply amazing! I really enjoyed the staff, nurses, and just the office in general. My daughter was suffering from frequent ear infections from about 6 months to a year old and during one of her times of having an ear infection we were able to get an appointment on Christmas Eve and he called on Christmas day to follow up and see how she was doing. He is honest, listens, and seems to truly care - these are things that are very hard to come by these days with a doctor. Thanks Dr Loo...we miss you and the staff now that weve moved away!!

Dr Loo is a great doctor. And if you cant get a quick appointment with him, the NP Jackie is just as great. I transfered my daughters records from her other pediatric doctor, to Dr. Loos practice. It is hard to find a good Doctor that is friendly and truly cares about his or her patients. And when they have A NP like Jackie that just makes it that much better. Highly recommend!

My husband and I have to transfer to the east coast and one of our main regrets in leaving the community is not having Dr. Loo as our doctor. He is a very professional, yet warm and caring man. His whole staff has been the same and go out of their way to help with any problems or concerns. We thank them for their great care and reommend their services to all.

My family Love Dr Loo. Very caring and very detail. We went there back after an year but he remembers the medication my wife used to take and ask how she is doing.. very nice.. and very patient in explaining things you in the way any lay man can understand.. My daughter love him..

Ive seen Dr. Loo and his staff for years and Ive never had a negative experience. Office visits are prompt. The front office is friendly and professional (thats very important to me). Dr. Loo gives you the attention you need and is very personable, plus hes a great doctor.

Dr. Loo is an outstanding doctor. He takes the time to listen to his patients which is something that many doctors dont take the time to do. He put me at ease the first time I met him. Ive been a patient for about 3 years and hes got a patient for life in me!

I tried to ask the office manager a question and she told me to come back later. Her laziness defied description. Loo is a decent Doc with a terrible pick in office management.
