Derek Perez

Many horrible experiences with both of his offices. Ive had one good experience with 1 of 3 doctors there and it was nurse Lopez the others including dr fergusen were not good. Billing is also a joke. They once called me with a $2000. Bill for methadone which I have never done before as I have never been a drug addict but they somehow they mixed another patiences records under my name which they never apologized for. They then keep sending me other bills in the mail for co pays but when I call the office they check my account and tell me I owe nothing. Doctor fergusen also put me on testosterone replacement therapy and then when my labs came back with high testosterone from the amount he put me on he accused me of other steroid use which I had never done but am on it because my t levels dropped after having a testicle removed. Then he put me on his patient formula which really messed me up and dropped my e2 level down to nothing and it took me over a month to recover. I confronted him about the pill he patented and he denied it being the issue but after I quit taking it I was fine once my e2 went back to normal. My advice is to stay far far away from this clinic. Worst experience ever

Terror Threat

I will Never again come to this place of business. The hispanic looking female with the blonde streaks in her hair at the front desk is extremely rude. Shceduled an appointmentat 12:20 for me to come by and have the Doctor check out my finger so I comet at 12:00 and there a sign on the door that says Open yet the door is locked so I assume the workers are either on break or running late from lunch so I wait in my car and by the time 12:20 rolls around I go to the door and see two females at the front deck and I wait for them to come open the door but they completely ignore the fact that Im standing and the door so I knock on the door and the hispanic woman with the blonde streaks in her hair gives me an ugly look and stares for a while before she gets up and walks to the door. When I told her I have an appointment for 12:20 she replies "Not here you dont". So I said ok Im canceling my appointment and left.

A Private User

I have only been going to Dr. Ferguson for a few years but he is a very good doctor and I recommend him to anyone who lives within distance of his office. He listens to my health concerns and responds caringly. His staff are also all so amazing. The nurses are always so friendly and informative everytime I see them. I have made him my primary care physcian for my entire family because he is fantasic in caring for my children as well. :D

I have been seeing Dr. Ferguson for over 7 years now. He and his NP/PAs are courteous and professional. I have seen other reviews from people and think that they must be seaakers looking for a fix. Why have I not had a bad experience with him or his staff...
