i have severe osteoporosis for 15 years. Ive had MRIs and the osteoporosis is in my r hip and low back. Ive been with endocrinology, med-surg, ER for 12 years - youre not dealing with a dummy. In fact I won awards galore during school. Ive fxd my pelvis, entire left leg with titanium bars and screws, r arm, skull. Is this enuf evidence that I need pain pills. My kidneys are in trouble so no Tly, Advil etc. THERE HAVE BEEN DAYS THAT I CANT GET OUT OF BED - pain! i TRY TO GO TO THE GYM AND STAY IN SHAPE, BUT i CANT WORKOUT WITHOUT A PAIN PILL. lAST TIME YOU rxD tYL #3 - which made me so constipated. i consulted a gastroenterologist. Have u no empathy? Are u cruel. The pain center was too much and i had delusions. - I dont want to get started with that. So youve never seen a pt suffer? U are a mean man. marilyn tappy RN A few oxocodone and this big blow up - ridiculous. I always ask for Dr. Pete Coury, but I havent seen him. He gives me the NP

Made an appointment as a new patient via phone call. Got the instruction what to bring, and on the day of the appointment (after taking half day off from work), I was told that they dont have my appointment. No courtesy, no attempt to assist. It was like " Nop, youre not on our list, too bad. Sorry." impression. If they cant even make an initial appointment, I cant imagine billing insurance disasters they may have. Never got to see the Dr, so dont know how good he may be, but office personnel was rude and I am thankful that I got to learn before I chose them as my primary medical care group.

Very disappointed in the office on Gilbert road. We had a misunderstanding for insurance during a job change which we incurred a bill for $380. I made payment arrangements to have it paid in full within two weeks. However the rude billing manager turned my sick daughter away..even though we have new insurance. She told her she had to pay off the bill now. Clearly it was worth loosing a family of 6 people due to this. So no I wouldnt recommend this office as its all about the money.

I have always had wonderful service from this practice group. They are knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful. I am able to get appointments quickly and any questions about medication refills are always addressed promptly. By far, the best primary care experience I have had since moving to Mesa about ten years ago.
