I was calling to try an make an appointment for my husband, the first thing Perla asked me was what kind of insurance i have. I stated humama and its a PPO. meaning i can go with any provider even if they are out of my network. I am someone who wants the best care so i am not worried about the dollar sign, all she kept saying was that they are not contracted with Humana and i had to stop her and say" i know how this works its a PPO which allows me to see out of network providers and still have some coverage." The customer service was horrible, she was very rude. Then she went on about pain pills, all i wanted to do was get a doctor for my husband to establish with so that he can get a check up being that its been some years since he has had one and this lady ( Perla) ASSUMED i was some sort of pill popper when never once did i mention any kind of pain or needing any sorts of medications. just a check up thats all. I will be black listing this Doctors office because of the rude lady.

I am in my early fifties and have been with Dr Hatch for about 14 or 15 years. He is the best doctor I have had in my life. He clearly describes everything in plain language and is never condescending. Gives you what you need for recovery but nothing more - does not believe in extra, unnecessary procedures or prescriptions. Sadly the company he works for (Carondelet) just dropped my insurance (Humana) so now I have to find a new doctor, which I do not want to do.

I went to him yesterday for my 6 month checkup, He is one very pleasant Dr. Ive never had a Dr. that takes such good care of me. I am so glad that he is my Dr. Also I would like to say that his nurse Yvette is the sweetest person I know. She really shows concern for you and makes you feel relaxed. These two people are the most caring people there is.

my only review is that his office is extremely slow!!! you walk in there and you will have to wait atleast an hour every single time! The doctor is great but his nurses are a pain in the butt and very rude! Dr. Hatch, quicken up your wait time and stop taking your sweet time getting to patients!

Dr. Hatch has been our family doctor for 15 years. He is a kind, gentle, very informative doctor. He is also straight to the point. His nurses are amazing and I would never go any where else.
