The is the most fraudulent company I have ever gone to. They lie and make you pay charges that other companies do not. They claimed I had things wrong with my eyes that I did not so that they could collect more money. They also said they had to use a certain machine on me immediately that would have cost me $180.00. I ask the girl in the back if this machine was brought in from another facility, as I was told, and if she was only there for that day. She said no....they cancelled me continually. I finally went some place else, Hodges, and had my surgery done. I am turning this company into the Attorney Generals Office for fraud. Please I beg you to call another facility. I am so pleased with Hodges. No extra fees and no extra co pays for the visits....This company is a rip off to all of the elderly......

Pretty terrible start to my adventure with this eye center. I called to make an appointment and they told me I had to wait a month just to get an eye check-up for contacts. So I did. When I got there, the receptionist had issues verifying my insurance card and wouldnt let me go in for my appointment (about 30 minutes) after my appointment time. The nurses are neither extremely warm nor rude. The actual doctor though was a lot nicer than the rest of his staff. They also have an optical so you can order frames and your glasses immediately. Overall the visit was bittersweet.

My contact lens fitting appointment time was well over an hour ago and I am still sitting in the lobby waiting. I asked when I get checked in if they were running on time or if they were running behind, and she did not indicate they were running behind. I am working today, apparently to them my time is not as valuable as theirs is. Certainly they could call patients and let them know If they are running more than an hour behind schedule and allow patients the ability to reschedule.

I was referred to this doctor by urgent care after waking up with a swollen shut eye on a business trip. I was told to call and make an appointment. I called immediately upon discharge from urgent care. The receptionist proceeded to yell at me and tell me that I was late for an appointment that I had not yet made. After explaining the situation, she continued to yell and insist I had missed my appointment. I ended up hanging up and asking to be referred elsewhere.

I would not even give this place one star if I could have done a review without it... I had an Appointment at 2:20 and it is now 3:45 and I have yet to see a Doctor, Absolutely ridiculous!!! If I showed up that late for an appointment they would make me reschedule I cant believe they run a business like this with absolutely no regard their patients schedules in their life. I will definitely not be coming back.

The receptionist here is very rude. After asking if the routine eye exam would include a contact lens exam, she insisted that she didnt know what the insurance company would cover. After trying to clarify several times, she was very snotty and would not answer my questions. I would be happy to try using this center, but the receptionist is not worth dealing with again.

The Team of professionals that assisted me today were superb. Very nice and clean office. I was warmly greeted and checked in quickly. They sent the new patient paperwork in the mail prior to my appointment which made check in so much faster. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
