My parents have seen Dr. Thili for years, and told me that there is usually a wait. The last time I saw the doctor it was about 45 minutes, now even that is a stretch because a lot of us fit our appointments into our workdays . However, now that I had seen her once I re booked to see her again and was able to go on a Monday when I didnt work. I waited two hours, and still no sign of the doctor, this made me quite upset and I left. Now if she was just running behind with other guest I could understand but she hadnt even reached the building yet, I asked the receptionist if this is normal and she told me that it was. Showing up late to work over two hours late is a blatant disrespect of anybodys time!

After 3 visits, I can say that I had to wait an average of 45 minutes to see her, and her staff and office do not measure up to most modern, professional medical offices, However, I would still recommend her as a family physician. I found her to be attentive and knowledgeable; she spent a lot of time with me each visit, she took my medical history down herself (unlike most doctors), and she noticed something that 3 other doctors did not. She is also willing to run all the tests you need and refer you to any specialist. I took one star off for the office itself, the staff, and the delay in being seen. Otherwise I would have given her 5 stars.

The first time I had an appointment I waited in her office for an hour after my appointment waiting for her to come in. When she finally did her way of diagnosing my problems was to play the guessing game. Plus her office staff are very unprofessional. Twice they called me asking for medical information I already submitted to them. I then tried to make an appointment lat week and was told that she was on vacation for a month! And she didnt have a doctor to substitute for her while she was gone. Here I am now looking for a new doctor.

If I could give zero stars, I would! I scheduled my first, new patient appointment about 10 days out. I arrived early, filled out my paperwork and waited in the patient room for one hour and the Dr. was still no where in sight. When I asked the front desk staff how much longer the wait was, I was informed that the Dr. wasnt even in the office and was not answering their calls so they had no clue when shed arrive, if at all. Total waste of time and beyond thoughtless and selfish behavior! Especially from someone you turn to for help.

Best Doctor ever !! I have been going to her since I was 6years old and now Im 22. She takes her time with me and never rushes me. She really cares about my health unlike other doctors who do it for the money. She makes me feel confident and comfortable. I completely recommend her to all your friends and family members!!!

My kids and I have been coming to this Dr since they were babies, about 15 years. She may take a longer than another Dr but its because she takes her time with each patient and goes over everything with you. So if you want a fast Dr ,one that only cares about money and not their patients then shes not the Dr for you.

Terrible doctor and rude staff. You wait for typically an hour or more before she even sees you. If you need prescription refills, forget it, she never gets around to sending them in or approving a refill request from the pharmacy. Her diagnosis are guesses at best. Do not waste your time with this "doctor."

Avoid this Doctor!!! Her clinic charges extra 10% for paying with credit card, ridiculous!! And if you move to another doctor, she charges you $100 to transfer your information!!! They just want every penny from you. Most Horrible doctor i have ever seen!

While she sometimes gets behind schedule it is because of the extra time and personal care she provides. She actually listens and conveys that she personally cares about you. This is a small office with old-style personal care.
