La atención de parte de la doctora que me toco super bien, super amable, pero desde que entramos la recepcionista ni nos voltiaba a ver, todas muuuuy frias de caracter, y mas la del final! No entiendo?!! Si es para niños porque no hacen un esfuerzo por sonreir?

The offices are not clean, restrooms are disgusting most of the time , the doctors always takes a while to take the patients in, since is a walk in basis , they dont really respect if you have an appointment or not. Most people dont care about the service they get but having to wait with a bunch of sick kids mixed on the well kids area and having no ventilation is not cool. I been taking my kids to Dr. Casillas for 13 years and I respect his work , he is a great doctor but the offices and staff need to be regulated.

When I began my search for a dentist, I had a few terrible ones. Disconnected from the kids, keep in mind some kids are afraid of the dentist. But from day 1, the staff and dentist have been extremely professional and welcoming. My oldest son that started there at the age of 8 now 21, loves his teeth. Funny but theyre his pride and joy, being able to smile without shame, the orthodontist fixed him right up. Forever grateful!

I love this office. The longest waiting prd I have ever had has been 30mins and that was the first day where I had to fill out paper work. Other than that I wait about 5-10mins then go inside for abt 5mins or less and im out. They are ALL very nice and loving. My daughter loves going.
