Be Careful - some physicians (or Physicians assistants) at Summit may not be In-Network with your insurance and they wont tell you. I received a $300 bill & when I called my insurance they told me the PA Angelica Van Atten was not in network at the time the service was provided. Well, that should NOT be patient responsibility! My husband has been coming to Summit for years and we are under the same insurance, so I didnt think twice to come here as well. I called their billing department and asked them to re-submit a "corrected" claim - to use Dr. Farrells name instead (he is In-network). I felt like I had been falsely informed or tricked into believing they were all covered by my insurance. No one bothered telling me that ONE of their PAs was not in network with BCBS. I would have asked for someone else to evaluate me! I found this out on my own by calling my insurance and doing some research. Im definitely NOT coming here again.

Went for a doctor visit for cold congestion. Was told by physician I "probably" have an upper respitory infection. Check one ear and checked lungs all less than two minutes. Not a thorough check up. My ears still hurt and Im not any better. I went back 2days later and want me to pay another copay all because he failed to give me a thorough check up. Asked for office manager and was given a number to call. Guess what;same number as office. Dr.M j farrell is the owner of this facility and John Costa is the office manager. Do they know how unprofessional their staff is? Never going back. Stay away.

The only thing about this clinic and the physician is that they see you fast. However, the doctor gave me an incorrect diagnosis and didnt even bother to send me for blood work ( when we called we asked if they did blood work there and they say yes ) . I would not recommend going here. Stay away. You are better off going to an emergency room if you have insurance or not.

The reason why I am giving a low rating is because you dont always get to see the doctor, I pay $ 95 to see his assistant. On several ocassions they didnt prescribe the right medicine and had to go back for a second visit. Finally, the front desk staff is very rude and not sympathetic at all.
