These guys came in right after we bought our house for a cleaning and stove/chimney check up. They said the chimney and liner was fine but we needed a new wood burning stove which was evident even to my 10 year old son. We just got on the roof to measure for the new liner and low and behold, they never even cleaned the chimney or existing liner. 2 - 2.5 inches of creosote and ash at the top and it gets worse as it get close to the wood burning stove.....that we have never burned since the supposed cleaning. These guys said we could have a fire if we wanted to...apparently if we wanted to burn the house down. They seemed like real nice guys but I would not trust this company with my life or yours........

Matt and Keith installed a brand new stove in our brand new home. Additionally the stove was unique and expensive. So naturally we wanted everything to be handled with care and we wanted it to be perfect. Both men were conscientious and meticulous about the installation, paying attention to every detail. They were able to identify a much improved location while ensuring we still met code. They were courteous and pleasant to work with. They provided detailed instructions and operation and maintenance tips and were clearly knowledgeable in their field. Even though they probably do this day in and day out, they seemed to enjoy their work. Highly recommend!

This is a great company. They did a very difficult gas insert installation for me this year. They had to go though a great deal of work to make sure everything was working. They also came out later on short notice when my wall furnace stopped working this winter and got everything going again. I like to spend local and support our businesses in Bailey. You cant go wrong with this company. I plan to use them again this summer as we remodel our cabin. I love Chimney Doctors!

Awesome local business. Lauren has been very helpful all throughout my chimney issues. When one thing wasnt fully acknowledged they gave it a second opinion. Matt and Terry were very informative on the insert and pellet and all of my options. Lauren painted a great picture in my mind of what needs to be done, and how. Late, unprofessional, disrespectful. Then I discovered that the stove I hired them to clean spewed smoke, made horrible noises, and wouldnt light anymore. Clearly, in addition to difficulties talking with colleagues and customers, they cant even put the stove back together properly. Such a disappointment.
