I called to schedule an appointment to be seen specifically for an exam and IUD. I called the morning of my appointment to ask if they have the IUDs there or if it is something they will prescribe and schedule a return appointment for ( I only needed to know so that I could check my work schedule for the best time to set up up the follow up). I go to my appointment and this incredibly rude nurse practitioner walks in and starts asking me questions. I answer her and tell her why I am there and she says "Do you know you cant just go anywhere for an IUD?" Umm excuse me? My primary doctor is here also and Im here for an exam as well. I didnt just expect to get the IUD. THEN she says "We dont even do IUDs here." WHY THE HELL DIDNT THEY TELL ME WHEN I CALLED EITHER TIME SPECIFICALLY ASKING ABOUT AN IUD!?!?

Not pleased. Went in for a minor problem and the doctor gave me mods... Huge mess up on the prescription and they gave me two and I had to buy both even though I didnt need the more expensive one. I went in to get the cheaper one refilled and they had canceled it even though I had three remaining. Called the doctor and it took them two weeks to get back to me and the Dr. Decided he wanted to recommend me to a specialist. Three months after my visit! I asked what had changed so much I need to see a specialist and she said the doctor said. Why wasnt this told to me at my app8ntment months before? Will never go back! The lady said she "couldnt" email the recommendation.

The nurse was great as well as Kayla the Doc. They both provided us with the best service. Unfortunately due to the young female receptionist that was scheduled to work there (8/12/2017) was the rudest upmost negative person with no general knowledge of her position or just simply didnt care. For that sole reason, that is why the others of this outstanding establishment get a poor rating. One individual can and will make the most impact. Unfortunately for the rest of the staff that ROCKED! you all have to blame the individual that doesnt match up to your amazing standards and care for children!

Having been a patient of Dr Murali, I have experienced nothing but the best medical care under his guidance. He and the team in his offices are excellent practitioners and the front office staff are helpful, kind, and polite. Their practice allows me and my family to feel safe and reassured that we receive the best care possible.

The front staff is rude and inexperienced, they have no concern over patients. Murali has to fire them and replace them if he ever wants his business to grow.
