Pointless, expensive, just kept me in ER for severe depression for 9 hours with a full iv set up for "fluids, and a couple of ativan injections. But no one addressed the elephant in the room: i cant get a basic appt with a psychiatrist for meds, and am spiraling out of control! After 9 hours of sitting with an iv in arm, they had no plan for me! I had no phone with me or anyone to contact! THE ER had no JUICE, NO PHONE BOOK, NO SOCIAL WORKER TO INFORM ME OF OPTIONS, EXCEPT "going inpatient to Mesilla Valley! I had a barking dog at home, no on knew where i was, i told them i coud not find a doctor to prescribe and manage my medication! They DID NOT prescribe necessarry meds for me to stabilize, which was main problem for MONTHS! And NO ONE helped me find a doctor who would see me. After all those hours, i finally checked myself out to go home! NO ONE even got my insurance info -despite being brought in by ambulance! I got a bill for almost $7,000!!!! What a waste of time!! I was more despondent the next day knowing i was alone.

Deborah Pacheco is the best provider that Ive been to since moving to Las Cruces in 2008. She is kind, personable, and attentive. She takes the time to sit down and have a conversation with her patients. She is very knowledgeable! I refer my friends and coworkers to her because I think she is an exceptional nurse practitioner!
