Ive decided to fire this clinic today. Dr. Valenzuela is technically my primary care manager, but I dont go to the doctor unless Im injured or really sick which is rare. Needless to say, Ive never met my doctor because hes always booked several days out. All my care has been through nurse practitioners. I didnt like the medication prescribed for pain due to a chipped bone in my foot so when I tried to get something different, I was told to go buy Aleve. Forget asking me what works for me or anything like that. Ive had enough and I am moving on.

We have visited this office for 6 years and have typically had a good experience. However, this morning my wife was denied an appointment because she has been healthy for too long and is now a "new patient" and this clinic is no longer accepting new patients. Because of this we had to jump through hoops with Cigna to get a new PCP effective today so she could see a new doctor. They should now have room for new patients because they just lost our family.

Literally impossible to get in when you are sick. Last 3 times Ive had to call to get in same day, 1) I had to leave a message and wait for a call back because they never answer the phone, and 2) they never have availability when you are sick, no matter how sick. Its not like you can schedule a sick visit. Ive literally been told to wait 3 days for a visit because they dont have openings. WORST RAN OFFICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!

Ive been a patient of David Valenzuela since Banner opened its doors in Seville. Hes an outstanding physician IMHO; hes been right on every time with his diagnosis and I have a complicated medical history. I always prefer to see him first if Im experiencing a problem or new symptoms; I take his advise very seriously.

You can call these people until you are blue in the face and they will never call you back. I found a more competent doctor after moving back home and need records transferred and cant get any of these idiots on the phone or even a call back. Very happy I moved back to NY. Keep AZ all to yourselves.

Never again. Had an appointment for 3pm. Adjusted my work schedule. Was told to be there 20 minutes early and was. The condescending receptionist told me my appointment was at 2:30 and I had missed it. Thanks assholes.

Horrible service. If you need a referral, good luck. They will never give you one. Go elsewhere! Do not go to this clinic, they will continually disappoint you.
