Dr. Tinsdale is a great doctor. She has a sweet disposition and great bed-side manner. My kids really like her and feel comfortable talking to her. She is very thorough and wants to make sure everything is covered in the appointment. We have been with this office for about 5 years and have seen a lot of changes. With Dr. Tinsdale coming on board, it seems like the office has improved. The only thing I have run into is if you see the other doctor in the Florence branch as I needed to get in right away and the Copper Basin branch didnt have any openings, make sure you specify what office you want to be seen at. When I went to make another appointment at a later time, I ended up being scheduled for the Florence branch and it wasnt communicated with me that they did that.

Dr. Tinsdale was so kind and helpful! She spent time understanding my concerns. All of that would be great in its self but even better was the fact I had my 1 year old daughter with me she helped by holding her while she did the exam and then while I had an EKG done she took her out of the room with her. The nurse was also so sweet she held her and worked around me having her. The whole office staff was helpful and kind! If I ever move I will drive to go to this doctor office!!! This place was great for a first time mom!
