I am giving Iris Sadowsky one star and she doesnt deserve that. I started working for her and had a total of 9 hours of training. I had been pre warned from the previous associate about how she isnt the best but I figured being a kind hearted person I could handle it. I would handle all the front desk duties and back office duties. Her first mistake, during my training she made a new patient cry because the patient was new to the area and didnt know where a location was. From there she would constantly yell and have bi polar attacks. She would stare you down, hang up on you, or walk away and slam a door and then apologize later on. I was to report to her verbally but she would get mad if I interrupted her or tell me she didnt have time to deal with it, by writing it on a sticky, but if she didnt see it, it was my fault, by calling but she neglects to replace her cellphone and hardly answers her home phone, or by message in the computer system. I will be the first to admit, having 9 hours of training, doing the job that two people should be doing, and being human, I made mistakes. I owned them and did my best to not make it happen again. However, She made it close to impossible to communicate with her because of her outbursts or because she cut me off. I made a mistake I was constantly terrified of how she would react when I approached her. I worked there for five months and in that five months my son was hospitalized three times and I missed only two days of work even after staying up all night in the hospital with him. My son has been suffering from breathing issues. She called out one time because she had diarrhea and I was to reschedule all her patients for that day. She is constantly at least a half hour late and made patients wait for her to get to the office. She talked behind almost every patients back. Shes sends claims at the last minute because she is so behind in her charting and cant catch up so patients are getting bills a year later. I had a patient who constantly had high blood pressure and high pulse every time she came in (this patient also momentarily worked for Iris) and finally brought a diary of all her pulses and blood pressures for the past week or more. Every time she would call us or come to the office her pulse and blood pressure was high because "Dr. S. makes me nervous". But due to her financial situation and history, its very unlikely she will find another doctor to help her. I could go on. After she cursed at me for a fault of her own, I flipped out on her and told her I cant do the job anymore and she asked me to stay, apologized, and said she would work on it. She has made comments about how all her previous assistants were incompetent, shes had 15 at least in the past year or so but the common denominator is her. A few weeks later she sat me down at the end of the day and told me how I was the nicest person she ever met, how she could tell I cared about patients, and how I have gone above and beyond the call of duty. However, I had forgot a few things and she heard me tell a patient to not take their medication (this was weeks prior). I can clearly recall the conversation I had because she rudely interrupted me while I was on the call with the patient. I never did and never would tell a patient to not take their medication but she insisted she heard me and had to let me go. I am lucky that a week prior, I had started truly seeking other jobs because I could not handle working for her anymore. I stuck around for as long I did because I didnt want to leave her hanging since her as her assistant, I was the only other employee at the location besides her and the biller, who keeps her distance as much as she can for all the reasons I listed and cant list in this review. As much as I would have liked to have had another job lined up, Im glad she let me go. No one deserves to be treated the way she treats people. I would never recommend this as a place to work or a place to seek help medically. All her wrong doings will catch up to her and I hope its sooner than later.

First time I was there, they didnt put my appointment down, even as the receptionist knew ALL of my information. Had to come back the next day, and believe me its about 25-30 minutes away from my own house. 100% worst damn doctor I have EVER SEEN. If you are on ahcccs/Mercy please do NOT see her. Saw her for at least 15 minutes before she lied to my face about not being able to sign for a ESA ( which can only be signed through primary care doctors ). Not only that but she hounded me for getting a HPV shot ( which is not covered through mercy care ). Then proceeded to ask who I was seeing for a therapist as she was trying to refer me to someone SHE knew, and after a while of trying to tell her I was going through my insurance, she gave up and told me through Mercy care I wouldnt see a therapist for another few months going through where I was going EVEN THOUGH she knows thats all the plan will cover. After 15 minutes of telling her no she told me she couldnt do anything for me and tried one more time for me to get the HPV shot and when I refused again and then booted my ass out the door. IF THIS WOMAN CANNOT MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU SHE WILL NOT DO A DAMN THING FOR YOU. SHE IS ONLY TRYING TO MILK INSURANCE COMPANIES.

Working for this doctor was one of the worst experiences of my life. She is rude to everyone including her patients. While I was training someone to replace me, she made a patient cry and then sent me in to "deal with it". She will yell at you in front of patients. There is no pleasing her. You will always be wrong. She is never on time to work. She will hang up on you and she doesnt care. She will leave you to run the office and then tell you you have done everything wrong. She expects you to be independent yet, she has to approve everything you do. She has to do prior authorizations, record requests and interactions with a pharmacy with you. Yet she says she doesnt have enough time to do anything. She is extremely controlling and she will make inappropriate comments about you and ask you inappropriquestions about your personal life. Her bedside manner with the patients isnt that great either, as I mentioned before she has made patients cry. She goes through front office employees and she is convinced everyone else is the problem. Do yourself a favor, do not work here. I would never refer a patient to her office. Read the other reviews, she is not easy going and she is extremely difficult.

I have been seeing Dr. Sadowsky for 8 years. When I asked another Doctor who she would use as her primary care doctor she referred me to her. She is very caring and asks about my life and family. Each time I go in she remembers little things we have talked about. When I go in with a problem she listens and looks for the core of it, not just treat the symptoms. I use a lot of alternative medicine. I have never once felt judge by her. We talk about all the options and she listens to why I feel the way I do and makes suggestions. That is not the experience I have had with other doctors. When I first went to see her she wanted me to bring in all the supliments I use so she could look at them and make sure I was not using anything that was conflicting. I would and have recommended her to my friends and family. I am not sure that this was the proper place for previous employees to vent about the work place. I have worked for difficult bosses in the past. In my eyes it did not make them bad at what they did, it only made it challenging to work with them.
