I cannot reach a human when I call. This can be a big problem when you are disabled with 2 disabled kids. Otherwise, no complaints about office staff or the people that draw blood. They are all very courteous.

The unit has a problem with record keeping. The promise of "online" lab results is too much for Quest to handle since they seem to lose track of results.

Easy to find, right behind the Walgreens. Sparse but serviceable. No lobby/desk clock...thats a $10 fix from Walmart ;)
