I had to do a drug test and I call them in the morning to make sure the time to come in and when I call they tell me the latest appointment was at 4 so I ask permission at my job to get in time and when I showed up they tell me the latest appointment was a 3:30. I lost 1 hr paid in my job plus now I have to ask again for tomorrow and of course they didnt know who answer the phone.

Went to this place for a bunch of labs my doctor ordered for a physical and was very impressed. Waited about 6 minutes, which was the time the monitor told me. Anna was great - barely felt the needle go in. They were very professional, efficient, and transparent about the costs. Clean facility as well.

Well, apparently no one like to work at these places. They close before closing time and open at least an hour after they are suppose to be open. Someone needs to start monitoring their employees.

Conveniently located in Simi Valley. I really like the staff and techs who work there too. Most of the time, the wait is minimal to none. Ive been going here for over 4 years.
