One word describes my experience: E A S Y Seriously, one of my doctors gave me a requisition to have 3 tests taken and I googled the locations and this one was the closest for me. I left work at 9:10am and got back a half hour later, (my job is about 10 min from this location), THATS how quick they were at Quest. I didnt have an appointment because I had read that they accept walk-ins, so i walked in hoping it wouldnt take too long. One guy was already signing in but another employee came to greet me right away while the first guy was walking to the back to do whatever he needed to do. The Phlebotomist took my insurance card and made a photocopy while i filled out my address on the requisition. I literally sat down for maybe 30 seconds before I was told to go into a specific room. As I was walking back, everything was nice and clean, the other staff members smiled and were friendly as i walked past them. The Phlebotomist drew my blood and it wasnt painful, she filled the 3 tubes while chatting with me, then pulled out real quick and bandaged me right up. The entire process from walking in the door to walking out the door was 5 minutes excatly. Talk about speedy service. It took about 2 minutes for the elevator to get back to the 6th floor and here I am. back at my desk, my absence not even noticed : ) Clean/sterile surroundings, friendly customer service and FAST!!

No unusual problems. (KEY: If youre going to have your blood drawn, drink LOTS of water about 30-60 minutes before the draw. Much of that added liquid ends up in your bloodstream, thereby making your veins swell a bit and easier to locate and access.) Very clean. Personnel have always been professional and friendly. I only had one instance (over a 10+ year period with this lab) where the phlebotomist really dug around and couldnt get a vein. As I am about 3 years old when it comes to needles, I have a strict policy with anyone wanting to stick me for any reason: youve got one shot at it. And if you cant get it done right the first time, go get someone else because YOURE not ever touching me again. And so she did, and that was that.) You REALLY want a 1-star location? Go to their lab on Roscoe Blvd. in Northridge. Filthy. Rude. Long lines. OMG.

I brought my teen daughter here for bloodwork earlier today. She and I were called in by a lady named Ruth who attempted to draw her blood. She was hurting my daughter and was not talking to her nicely at all so I asked her to stop and requested another phlebotomist which she told me would not help at all. I told her in my experience when one drawer cant get it oftentimes another can and she stormed out of the room and actually called me a "puta" to whoever she was talking to!!! Of course she denied it but I know what I heard and immediately had them call their supervisor and told her what happened. If she hasnt been fired dont let "Ruth" draw your blood.

My appointment time was 10:45, but I checked in earlier, at about 10:00, and was done and out the door before 10:30! Everyone at the front desk was very friendly and efficient. The iPod check-in kiosks were a little tricky and I saw them come out from behind the desk to help anyone who asked. Eva, the young woman who took my blood sample, did such a great job that I hardly even felt it when the needle went in / out. All in all, much less of a hassle than I expected based on other labs Ive been to. Thank you to everyone there!

They do not have alive person for scheduling. If you want to schedule appointment, they will forward you to 800 number that services half of California. I need to do a Glucose Tolerance test, and their machine just tells you that "it can take from 2 to 4 hours depending on your doctors order". What a service!

They took out 7, yes, seven, vials of my blood then found out it was a mistake and had to take 3 more because they threw away the 7 vials when they found out the test was not for me. IDIOTS! they even tried to charge me at 1st until my Dr yelled at them. Be careful with these guys.

I have been going here for years. If you make an appointment on line you are in and out within about 20 minutes. Otherwise, it depends on how many are there before you. No problems with billing or the results ever. Also, you can check out all your results online.

if you can avoid the whole Quest experience do. they billed the wrong insurance after taking my current information . there was no way to get in touch with anyone in their so called customer service to resolve the matter

Never had any real problems. Besides the computer said my wait time was 25 min and I wasnt seen for 2 hours. Was late from my lunch break at work.
