I went to Quest diagnostics for preop blood work in March 2015 for elective surgery the price was about $1000.00 which I assumed was the going rate at the time,so I paid the bill. Today a friend called telling me he was having the same procedure with the same Dr. requiring the identical preop blood work & paid $140.00 at a different lab I then started calling around different labs for pricing on the blood tests CBC, PT, PTT, HIV, Acute Hepatitis Panel, UA. All under $200.00. I suspect I was charged this exorbitant amount because I was paying out-of-pocket and insurance was not paying. A couple of hundred dollars I could possibly understand but charging $850 over and above other labs is ridiculous.I called Quest to talk to a supervised Regarding the charge and was told different labs charge different amounts and the price I was charged is what they charge.

I had an urgent matter so I rushed all the way from LA to this location because its close to my house. They closed earlier than the time they were supposed to. I knocked on the door and some lady with an attitude told me to go away I couldnt get to another Quest before they closed so I had to go to urgent care because my doctor said I couldnt take my medication until I had the test done first.

I got lost getting there, I was 10 mnts late. I explained to them what happened their answer was pretty much "they cant care less", they were RUDE, they got an attitude problem and they told me that I was considered a "walk-in" and I had to wait half hour - note there were only 3 people in front of me, at this point I erase my name off the list and walked out. NEVER GOING BACK THERE.

I was in the office this morning right after they opened there was about 15 ppl before me and the line moved very fast. Everyone was so courteous and polite. Love coming here for all my lab work

Theyve always been super quiet people working, very into work but courteous and to the point. still kind and got me first stick and my 17 month old. i love this place. im a hard stick too!

Dont go without an appointment. I waited almost an hour as a walk-in while they took all the appointment people ahead of me. Besides that, its a neat clean lab with nice people.
