I was hesitant to try this Quest again after an unpleasant experience a couple years back. Im glad I have them another chance! The lady at registration was so kind and helpful. I knew she was super busy, but she took her time answering my many questions. The phlebotomist was also awesome. I told her up front that I have serious needlephobia, and she was excellent at making me feel comfortable. It took her less than 5 seconds to find a good vein from my notoriously tiny ones. After the initial prick, she swiftly gathered all the tubes needed. All in all, I had a very pleasant, relatively painless experience. This will be my go to lab from now on!

The phone number listed is automated only-you are NOT able to speak with a representative!! I wanted to verify that my physician sent them the lab slip before I drove down there and paid to park but you cannot speak to anyone. the recording says they will call your Dr.s office for you but my doctor is at UCLA and it would take at least a day or two to receive a reply from them-wasting my time and money! Boo!

I hate that I have to go here tomorrow for a blood draw. The last time I was here I got a huge hematoma. The foreign lady stuck me and then left. No compression and bled all over. I will comment tomorrow if I have time. I have surgery on Wednesday and a hematoma will cause huge problems for me!

I have *always* been treated with the utmost respect at this facility. Sometimes its "lovingly gruff" especially if there was a screw-up in the doctors office, but the rest of the time.....quick, efficient, painless, friendly, professional. Minimal wait. My go-to place!

This place is unprofessional. First off, you have to pay to park. Second, I didnt see the woman wash her hands or wipe down the chair when taking blood. The woman at the front was very unpleasant, actually, no one was friendly.

The worst staffers ever. No eye contact, unpleasant, angry, rude and inefficient. I will not go back.. Wait time was over an hour, then I gave up. The worst.
