I had an occasion to use this Quest Diagnostics while doing inhome IV (with a picline) injections of an antibiotic (Vancomyacin) for Osteomyelitis - my home healthcare provider (Pegasus Home Health Care in Glendale, CA.) used this Quest for my weekly blood diagnostics (Pegasus home nurses drew the blood and submitted it to Quest for processing and reporting) - Quest never once failed to get the results to my Infectious Disease doctor for review and treatment plan - I much appreciated this quickness and attention to detail from Quest. Ill be asking to use this facility as much as I possibly can in the future for medical services they provide when required. Many thanks to this Quest and its staffers!

I dont know why this place has a low rating, the staff is really kind. Parking was easy, as I parked on the street where theres 2 free hours. I walked in the office and the waiting room was empty, so I was taken into the back instantly. Agnes drew my blood and she was very fast and efficient. I didnt have any issues with the receptionist or anyone else, and Ill come back here if I need blood work done again. Not to mention its right next to the building my doctor is in. Hooray for convenience! Maybe yall are just a bunch of babies, lol.

They have no customer service. I have been trying to call and get information for days, and cant ever get through to someone. I dont want some stupid automated machine. Ive even emailed them, and didnt even get a confirmation that it was received. I just want answers!

The person that did my lab work hurt my arm pretty bad couldnt move it for almost a week I had a bruise that looked like I was in a car accident. 3 weeks later my arm still hurts cant use it because I feel my vein is going to pop. Really bad customer service as well.

Impossible to reach by phone email etc. tried to schedule by web and found every time slot of every hour for next 3 weeks "not available" but walked in and was told they were open and no times were booked on their schedule. Stupid

They honored my appointment time and I was in and out quickly. I get a bit panicky when my blood is being drawn and the woman who drew my blood put me at ease and did it painlessly. I had a very good experience there.
