Average wait for a walk in is over an hour and they often misinform clientele of the wait (they have underestimated by over 40 minutes on two occasions at this location and Pasadena) Only way to make an appt is online or a very long winded phone prompt however, not all services are available at each location and yet they do not have a human that answers for literally any issue within their phone system. There is typically no parking lot at any location. While they can draw your blood and test it accurately (I hope) their service is substandard.

This is my second time at this office The fist time I went the lady at the desk was very rude .. I though she just was having a bad day But today I went again and she still very rude and very unhappy doing her job .. She doesnt like what shes doing she better star doing something else :( Very poor client services I will never come back to this office ever again

The worst experience I never got in health care! The black rickety nurse he has some problem of frustration...he refused to give me the service cause in my booking was missing a letter compared at my name on my I.d. , how you guys can pretend to work in a healthcare business?

had to do my drug test as a condition of employment at my current employer, and this place was very easy in and out. clean, professional staff. parking is an issue
