While the service once I got in was pretty ok for the most part, their receptionists obviously dont know how to answer a phone. Ive called during their "regular business hours" probably 10 times today and left a voicemail but no one has either gotten back to me or faxed my results to my physician. Dont receptionists get paid to answer phones as well! Even my PCP could hardly get me an appointment for this same reason. No wonder it was empty when I got there. I dont know how they stay in business if they arent staying in contact with doctors offices or returning patient results while someones life or well being could depend on those results! They were nice, dont get me wrong, and the rooms were clean, they even validated up to 30 minutes of parking, but if youre not running the tests and getting results to primary care physicians, the whole thing is a failure. Guess Ill have to wait 2 more days before I can even call again. :/

Its a hit-and-miss location. Saturdays are understaffed and the wait time is miserable for walk-ins and appointments, alike. During the weekday, its a lot better. I came in as a walk-in one Saturday at 8:20AM and wasnt called to get my blood drawn until 10AM. However, the phlebotomist (Nadia) was really good and the venipuncture was quick and painless. I had to come again as a walk-in on a Monday afternoon around 4:30PM as was taken to the back room immediately. Unfortunately, Trudy wasnt as good as Nadia and the experience was painful. I had bruising for the next couple of days.

This people a bunch of thieves always asking for cash money I have been asked twice for cash money even though I have insurance I refused to pay them they did the service I never got. Bill for that 50.00 cash so they are trying to get cash from people if you pay its theres if not nothing happens if the 50.00 cash is legally required I did not pay that then who did pay them I complained but no body did anything.im taking my business elsewhere even though I have been going to them for ten years and they are very close to me .

Please dont come here! I beg of you. I made an appointment at 10 am and werent seen until noon. Whats the point of making appointments if they dont honor your time? Also, whats weird was that there was no receptionist. People would come and sign in and then once in a blue moon a tech would call 1 person every 45 minutes. Geez! Do they drain out 10 lbs of blood or make you pee 20 buckets full of urine to finish taking your crap?!!!!!

I am so angry. I came in today to take a drug screening test, the woman who was helping another woman right before me had the nerve to tell me that she was done helping people at 3 oclock I walked in at 3:05. I unfortunately had an issue with my son I explain this to her and all she could say to me was I am done maybe someone else can help you. The worst draw station ever!

Horrible place... Was scheduled for 10:30 no one cared to be at the reception. Nurses were super rude to people and the wait time is forever. I mean whats the point of having a appointment if they dont accept you until 2-3 hours after? Parking is a disaster, place was hard to find also since google maps is messing up (but that didnt effect the rating

The lab tech fine but the receptionist was rude and abrupt. My results were to be STAT but here i am 5 plus hours later and no call or results. Have a surgery for Monday and now its delayed because of the incompetence of these idiots. The worse service

Lousy Service was told 20min wait- ok. Waited Hour and a half still no call of my name was signed in the display kept pushing my name back , I was never seen. Total BS Pad system
