i did not think Quest could get any worse, but I was wrong. You come in and instead of a person, they have this "kiosk" for you to register, while everyone else is looking at your private information with no privacy provided. I will contact the State to get their opinion on this. There is not enough people to take care of all the patients and the wait is too long. The staff is rude and uncaring. Quest makes a lot of money, I guess they want To squeeze more profit out by eliminating people . I wish doctors would sill draw blood in their own office.

Waited for over an hour and never got helped. Very unprofetional no staff at the front counter. No one answers calls. I would recommend going ANY other pace.I was the third person to give up on this place while I was there! They took blood from one person in the hour I was there? I have gave blood at the red Cross. I have had blood drawn lots of times and if it takes OVER an hour to take blood from ONE person then that is a BAD indication of what skills there staff have. So if you looking to have blood work done stay clear of this hack shop!

I was greeted promptly and got fast friendly service. I was in the chair within 3 minutes for my blood draw. For those people who leave bad reviews if you didnt have an appointment and you had to wait that is your fault. Please refrain from leaving bad reviews because you werent treated like the King or Queen of England. Next time make an appointment and show up on time. PS...I was a walk in at 11:20am on a Wednesday.

Would give a negative star review if possible. Staff very rude! No one introduced themselves. My child fainted during blood draw and was completed ignored and blown off by staff. Not one person attended to him. Unbeleivable! Would NEVER go there again or allow them to draw blood from a dead rat. Will be taking this to upper management to teach staff patient safety.

My experience wasnt good after telling..staff where to withdraw blood from they tried..and poked me where I told them they never get blood out of...they dont listen...so I give them 0 stars..bad service..

Went to this facility without an appointment . Everyone was really friendly and I got in and out under 20min. Needed to have biometric screening for work. Great place.
