I think Ill have better success at the DMV! First off no one works the front counter... You have to use this self check in computer... No one comes out to check to see how busy they are... there are people standing because all the seats are taken. Ive been here now 45 mins and one person has been checked in to the back. Total unacceptable lack of customer care, as you can hear the employees laughing and talking about personal issues from the back. Dont come here!!

Do not go to this location to draw blood. It was so painful she had to pull the needle out to restick me. Still painful. They are inexperienced. And there is rarely anyone in the front desk. Go elsewhere, unless you like to be poked multiple times.

This the nicest Quest location that I have been to yet! Very nice staff and a clean office. I will go there from now on.
