I went to this particular location this morning (4/27/09) to have my blood drawn. Arrived at about 9:00am. First thing I noticed about this location is that there are two windows-one for those who have made an appointment in advance, and another window for walk-ins. Because they take appointments it was not crowded in the waiting room. I did not have an appointment so I asked the in-take person how long my wait would be. She said 15 or 20 minutes, but I was called in only five minutes later. This woman who took my blood made me feel comfortable, and she seemed very nice. The next time I need blood drawn I will definitely go back to this location-but Ill make an appointment ahead of time!

wasted 1 hour of my time to take a simple drug test via urinalisys. When it was my turn to get called in the lady at the front desk tells me, oh we dont do those tests here. Seriously?? all i have to do is piss in a cup. what is so complicated. Next time dont have a walk in wait an hour when you cant handle their test.

Walked in, rude staff since the beginning I stood behind their dumb privacy sign for 10minutes and neither of the 3 staff confront directed me to sign in , I had to ask a patient. All the front staff was just gossiping and one employee yelled out to a new patient to sign in if she wanted to be seen. VERY UNPROFFESIONAL.

A male phlebotomist there felt me up with his arm - firmly brushing my chest with his right forearm as he "reached" across for something before he drew my blood. I felt helpless and violated. No one else was there to witness it since they worked alone in the room.
