I get my blood drawn here about 6 times a year. The place is small and clean. The nurses are pretty good. They wear gloves and follow safe, sterile procedure.They usually do a quick and painless job. I dont know what else to say. You go in, they take your blood, you leave. The only real downside is they dont have any pinball machines. Its getting harder and harder to find a good old fashioned arcade/diagnostic lab these days. They do have a nice jukebox though. Its stocked with nothing but 1994 ska. SWEET! They also hate it when you smoke. I dont know what it is with medical buildings and smoking. Its as if smoking was bad for you! Thank god thats not the case. Also, no drinking. They enforce a zero tolerance policy, but when it comes to gin I have a really high tolerance, so it evens out. One last thing - their bathroom is totally not good for doing coke in.

Today was my second time here with same phlebotomist who was very rude. Does not answer questions, talks over you when you try to ask her something and commands you to sign releases (again while not answering any questions and/or talking over you). Although I read it is no longer required, she did not confirm my name or test and is just plane cold as ice. People go in for blood draws for a wide variety of reasons and often they are nervous about the test and the results. I certainly was. The least they can ask for is some human decency by the people taking body fluid samples from them with a sharp needle. For now, I wont say her name, but I have to go back again soon and if I get her a third time and have the same experience, I will call the corporate office with an employee description.

I love this place. I always go here. Im a really hard stick, and the phlebotomist always gets it on the first try. I never have to wait very long, even if I walk in without an appointment. Staff is friendly. The only hard part is if you have to call, its tough to get past the robot voice to a real person, so its just easier to drive there and ask a question in person. Which is what Im about to do today. But whenever my doctor orders lab work, I request this lab rather than the one in my doctors building. Whenever I find a lab that can get my blood painlessly and on the first try, I stick with it. I just wish I could call one of the Quest phlebotomists to come in whenever Im in an Urgent Care or a hospital and they need to draw blood.

Have had many problems with this place over the years. Lost paperwork, long waits, changing hours and locations several times, rude staff. My doctor draws blood in his office, and uses Lab West. I decided to go back here to see if my insurance would cover more if I went to quest. They did, but the problem is they take 9 vials of blood for tests that only require about one and a half. They are morons. I have my tests done at the doctors office now. No wait and no pain! I realize this isnt an option for most people as most doctors dont draw blood and send out their own tests.

I had a 1:15 appointment today Esmerelda was at the counter and was rude to me from the moment she started helping me. She accused me of being late and not having an appointment in a raised voice that the entire waiting room could hear. I waited until 2:40 to called back for my blood test. There was another very rude woman there named Sima who yelled at another patron while Esmerelda laughed at him. I am going to call and talk to the company to complain further. I couldnt be more disgusted with the incompetent and rude service at this crap-hole!!!!

Hi there I was here at Quest Diagnostics for a simple blod INR test, which is very simple but unfortunately one guy called Brian made it very hard and painful for me he tried 3 times but he was not able to find my blood vessel and on the third time he hit one of my nerves which was very painful. Im so sorry for Quest Diagnostic for having such an employee.... Right now that Im writing this comment Im still feeling pain on my right shoulder.... I forgot to say thanks to the lady called Miki who take my blood in very professional way

I was referred to Quest by my Pediatrician for some labs for both of my kids. I asked about insurance coverage at the window when we dropped off some samples. I was told the labs would be covered when I gave her my insurance card. Her exact words, "there shouldnt be any problem." I received a bill for the total amount of the labs (NOTHING was covered by insurance). Also, I would agree with comments below - the place was a mess.

I went to have my blood drawn and when I got there the place was a mess. The waiting room had magazines everywhere including the floor. I was already nervous and on top of that the woman who drew my blood bruised me. My experience was rather subpar.

Round veins run in my family. That means my veins roll out of the way when you try to stick them. Quest phlebotomists not only have no problem getting them, I dont even feel the needle going in. Thats a good phlebotomist.

Monica is the best phlebotomist out there! Every time I take my kids there, she draw their blood, really quickly. She know her job, has the skills. Ive been there with and without appointment, both were quick!

Neither my husband or I have had any problems with the Bellefontaine location. We were treated well. The blood draw was done within 10 minutes of the appointment time.

I was a walk in. The staff were very helpful, knowledgeable, caring. Wait time was worth it. Phlebotomist Thuay? was skillful with the sharpest needle.

Had to wait 45 minutes just to drop off a sample. Very, very disorganized and understaffed. They need a good office manager.
