OMG never had to wait so long just to draw lab. Front desk girl could use some customer service skills. Kinda rude. Checked in at 10:15am and left 11:43am. Staff kept saying "Make an appointment" but as I observed those ppl had to wait also. Not sure if I wanna come back. Well see.
